Booked a Jacuzzi tub room, was put in a non Jacuzzi tub room. Talked with front desk & was moved. Front desk was helpful and gave us a room that had to be manually unlocked- as the key card contraption was faulty. The room was clean, but the floor was sticky and had visible sticky spots (honestly, i would assume concentrated cleaner not diluted enough). We turned the tv on and that was as far as the remote worked. Had to youtube how to manually turn it off. As we were just nodding off to sleep, we hear a drip drip drip. We get up to check the bathroom, assuming the shower is leaking, and walk into a literal puddle of water leaking from the room above us. We call downstairs and were told they weren't authorized to transfer us and to call the direct room number. We figure it a miscommunication because we used our cellphone to call (we couldnt find the room phone), so we walk downstairs, explain the situation, and are handed an armful of towels to clean up the water ourselves, and a promise that note will be left for the morning. Upon checkout, we were informed no note was left. The hotel was pet friendly, as evidenced by the huge pile of dog excrement my partner stepped in while unloading the car. And the Jacuzzi tub was honestly a relaxing experience before my early morning appointment with my vascular surgeon.

The room was perfect and the staff were amazing! And all the staff was perfectly polite and friendly! There was an issue where my reservation was double booked and the staff solved it before I even had a chance to talk to them about it! From now on when I visit Everett I will only stay here

Staff didn't make eye contact or talk really at all. Key wouldn't let us into our room but unlocked and opened other rooms down the hall. Room was supposed to have a jetted tub but had a tiny shower stall and staff was unhelpful and uncaring about it being the incorrect room type when the jetted tub was the entire reason I booked that room.

When we checked into our room we had a messed up toilet. They moved us to a different room that then had a tv that wouldn’t work. They then made us remain in that room overnight stating there was nothing they could do. The next day they moved us back into our previous room with the toilet working. Our biggest concern is the fact that their hotel states complementary breakfast. They kept their food room closed the day after thanksgiving, which we kind of understood but not really and the Day after they had their door open and all they had was a bowl of old cereal and sticks of butter. The last day they didn’t even open the food room. It’s completely ridiculous. My family of 4 had to spend 2x the amount of money that was budgeted for food. We would have picked a different location if we had known they were not providing breakfast.

BEWARE: BED BUGS! Got bitten all over. Stayed there for 4 nights and got really busy, so did not pay much attention at first. Thought it was some food allergy (was hoping actually), but local urgent care confirmed the case of bed bug bites. I did not sign up for that kind of service. I was not informed that bed bugs would be a part of the hotel booking fees. I wrote to the corporate a week ago and they promised to "research these concerns." - well... a week later they still researching..... Otherwise, the dining room was closed and non-functioning all the time. The bathtub drained very slowly. Sticky floors for some reason.

Room hadn't been cleaned well (dust bunnies everywhere) and the shower drained so slowly that by the time I was finished with the shower my feet were completely submerged in water. Continental breakfast was also not provided the entire time I was there.

Omg!!! Horrible! Where do i start. Problems with their credit card machine. We were charged twice. No ice machine. Dirty room. The floor was completely sticky. Slippers kept sticking. No clock. Towels were awful. One of the towels looked used. The bed was okay. It was clean. No blanket. Remote didnt work. Stayed there for a funeral, it didnt make me feel any better.

This is a situation of, “you get what you pay for.” Affordable and convenient for why we were in the area. The rooms were decent, simple, and clean. The hotel was located in a pretty “ghetto” part of town but had lots of food and shopping options. Breakfast was included but you would honestly never know it was an option because the food was almost non existent. No one was waiting at the front desk, ever unless you rang for them. Like I said, it’s a place to lay your head for the night but nothing special.

The hotel should NOT be listed as a red lion. Expedia needs to remove them from there site. There was someone pooping outside our window. The room had garbage on the floor. The drain atopped was just sitting in the sink. There was NO microwave. The breakfast room consisted of ONLY fruit loops and milk. @ 8am Plus we were woke up at 330a by someone trying to get in ALL the rooms, which they succeeded in my daughters room.

The hotel is unfinished or under construction. There are NO ICE MACHINES or vending machines. The check in staff was great we chhecked in at about 8:30pm but, I went back because only one of our keys worked and there was no one present at the desk. I used the call button and waited about 10 min. I did this 2 more times seeing as we did not have the correct towels despite getting a hot tub room. I even called the hotel that night to no avail. It's an ok hotel on the WSU Everett and Everett CC campus. The Breakfast was pretty weak but it may have been the same employee.

The staff allowed me to check in early which was very lovely of them. The room was okay, but obviously spot cleaned. The door did not open properly and I’m still waiting for my $100 USA refund. If I have not received it by Oct 24 (5 business days) I will have to call them to request the refund which is always an inconvenience since I was assured it would be automatically refunded on the credit card I used.

Rooms are dirty. It didn’t look like it was cleaned much, floors were sticky
 guests before us left a bunch of lash clusters on the chair & I guess the cleaners didn’t see it when “cleaning” the room. Floor was so gross I ended up wetting a towel & “mopping” the floor & it was disgustingly dirty. Then I took Lysol wipes to wipe the floor as well. It helped the stickiness a little. Dirt all accumulated along the baseboards & small nooks of the room. Whole building has a musty dusty smell as soon as you go in. Parking lot had trash all over the place as well. Upon booking, microwave was advertised but we did not have one in our room. My brother who had a room booked next to us had one, but he had roaches in his room. I also noticed the duvet didn’t have a cover on it. It was just sandwiched between two flat sheets. “Breakfast” was just some slices of bread & some packaged mini muffins. The few things that weren’t bad were the water pressure & temperature were pretty good. I love a hot shower & it got HOT
 the bed was comfortable, LOOKED relatively clean. Didn’t have a problem w WiFi either.

Decent place to sleep, but could hear EVERYTHING from every room on my floor. I was scared my rental car was going to get broken into because of the people doing drugs in the parking lot late at night. Several vehicles appeared as long term residents with questionable exchanges of “services” happening in parking as well as women coming and going and being loud with their “services” all night.
