The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. She had directed us to a enjoyable local food place. She was also very helpful with a booking issue. Unfortunately there was no ice machine on-site that was functional. A little disappointing was the coffee…poor quality or non available. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. Some deep cleaning in the bathroom is need to remove calcium build up on sink and remove toilet paper from ceiling that appears to be a spit ball of sorts. There is an excellent Asian food restaurant next door.

Tv did not work, frontdesk agent tried to help, after 15 minutes gave up. Must have been 3 kids at least in room above us running, jumping, falling for an hour and a half. At 7:20 am staff started knocking loudly on doors up and down our hall. At 8:04 am I got a text asking us to check-out online and notify them when we would be leaving. Breakfast was not great. They had a toaster but only bagels no bread.

It was comfortable and clean. The only downside was that I was able to hear clearly conversation from the room next to me. There was no sound proof.
