Situated on over an acre of land in peaceful and tranquil Fairplay. Only a 26 mile drive to the Breckenridge gondola but a world away to the hustle and bustle of town. Brand new build with 4 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.
It's a quick 8 mile drive to the town of Fairplay where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping and a great grocery store.
New hot tub installed outside and ready for ski season!

***PLEASE NOTE FOR WINTER: A 4wd vehicle is needed to access the property in the winter. The house sits at 11,200 feet and the final 15 minutes of the drive is on a county maintained dirt road. The road is plowed however winter conditions do exist and as such a 4wd is needed.

Amazing property! Pictures don’t do it justice! Very clean, organized and no detail missed! Danny was in constant contact with us and quick to respond. This is a must stay at property!
