Private timber frame home located in a small mountain community, The Falls at Edenderry, 12 minutes south-east of downtown Asheville, 25 minutes to Asheville Regional airport, 20 minutes to the gates of Biltmore Estate.

Description:
Mountain Haven is where everyone will want to gather to enjoy their time together after being out & about in Asheville and the surrounding area. Kids love exploring the over 25 acres of nature surrounding the home. The expansive, partially covered, deck is just off the great room. Pull up a chair and take in the view, observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fire flies come out to play in your backyard. Or, meander down to the pond, beach and large fire pit to toast some s'mores and share stories, and have tons of fun.

There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out, with 3 stories of living space, and various rooms and outdoor spaces to relax and leave your stress behind. There are 2 levels of decks/patios, an outdoor waterfall & koi pond, and a small fire pit near the koi pond and hot tub.

Enjoy a plethora of amenities, including Game Room, wireless Internet access, cable television, a large stone fireplace for those chilly nights (year round), central air conditioning for those warm days, wildlife sightings, and more! Extremely convenient to everything Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway; come enjoy the eclectic, artsy town that is the now world famous downtown Asheville, venture out into the western North Carolina wilderness, stay in to enjoy this marvelous getaway, or simply do it all! This spectacular vacation rental is located in Asheville and is approximately 12 minutes driving distance to downtown.

PETS: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
