Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has its own large terrace with a dining table, chairs, and a barbecue.

This is the perfect choice if you’re looking to combine the beauty of Tuscany with a beach vacation. The ideal place to relax near famous historic cities like Pisa, Lucca, and Florence, as well as typical Tuscan villages like Volterra and San Gimignano, and close to the beaches of the Etruskian Coast. All of these destinations are just a short drive away.

There are two large, traditional Tuscan farmhouses built in the nineteenth century, situated in the heart of the green hills. There are 6 independent apartments. The apartments are simply furnished and feature a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a garden or terrace with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and enjoying the balmy summer evenings. Each apartment has mosquito screens on the windows.

Please note: Towels and bed linens can be rented and must be paid for upon arrival. Price for a set of towels: 5 euros per person. Price for bed linens: 10 euros per person.

Logement très au calme dans une propriété privée très bien entretenue avec une superbe piscine. Le logement est spacieux mais n'est pas très bien equipé : pas de lave vaisselle ni lave linge ni cafetière électrique et les draps sont payants. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour car nous etions proche de toutes les visites de la Toscane : Pise, Florence, musee de la Vespa. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles parlent anglais et nous ont bien conseillés.
