The apartment is located in the old city, built in the year 1705, now renovated. It has one double beds in bedroom and a sofa that can be used as a double bed in the living room, one bathroom and a kitchen - total 55 sq/m total, plus balcony (12 sq/m) and a small kitchen terrace (2 sq/m).

It’s little aside from the busy areas so you’ll have your peace and away from the noisy crowds. It’s 100 meters from the beach, 20 meters from the nearest restaurant, 30 meters from the shop, 100 meters from the pharmacy, 30 meters from the info office, 400 meters to bus station as well as in an safe and peaceful neighbourhood.

You have your own separate entry to apartment and your own key that will be provided upon your arrival.

We rent the apartment on the second floor, 85 meters from the Adriatic sea and across National Park Brijuni where dinosaurs lived (there are still evidences of their life there).

When you need a peaceful place for work, rest or just a great holidays, this is the place. Mild Mediterranean climate throughout the year, enjoying your breakfast on the balcony, complete privacy and bathe in one of the cleanest seas of the world.

Our apartment has two double beds in two rooms (one bedroom and one living room with sofa that can be used as a double bed), 55 sq/m total, plus balcony (12 sq/m), 85 meters to the sea, 20 meters to a store, 25 meters to a restaurant, 30 meters to a parking, 400 meters to bus station; all in the place that Marco Polo visited in his time.

There is also taxi available as well as boat trips to the Brijuni Islands. Airport is at 15 km proximity.

The apartment is air-conditioned, so you can refresh in Summer or warm-up in the Winter. Great place for kids as the beaches are especially made for their safe bathing in the sea.

Pristine nature, peaceful atmosphere, clean and fresh air, the best olive oil in the world and experience you will talk about to your grandchildren with pride.

Parking is about 80 meters from the house. It is public parking, bur for our guests we can get a rate of 1.5 euro per day. The parking is secure with the guards and video surveillance.

There is high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection, for which you will get username and password. You have your own separate entry to apartment and your own key that will be provided upon your arrival.

Neighborhood overview
The apartment is in the centre of the Old City, but little aside. Thus, you don't have to experience the noise of the crowds and have a pleasant experience living in the centre of the town, close to all local amenities.

Getting around
The parking is 80 meters away, right on the beach, with guards and camera surveillance. Closest restaurant is in vicinity of 15 meters and the next one is 25 meters away. In the area of 300 meters there are about 10 places one can eat and dine. Beach is approx. 100 meters away and it stretches for kilometres on both sides of the cost. National park Brijuni is a definite go-to-visit, it's a beautiful place on many islands. Many world's celebrities visit it every year and they like it a lot. The airport is about 15 km away and the city of Pula is about 7 km from the apartment. When in Pula, you should visit one of the most preserved Roman Amphitheatres, Arena. Every Summer many concerts are held in Arena and you might spice your stay with some entertainment.
