Apartment "Ferrera Soul 1B" close to the Beach with Wi-Fi, A/C, Balcony & Terrace

In Cala Ferrera on the east coast of Mallorca, the spacious apartment "Ferrera Soul 1B" welcomes you not far from the beach. The modernly furnished apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a TV, a washing machine, a baby crib and a high chair.

From the living room you can access the partially covered and furnished balcony. Here you can enjoy the wonderful view with a glass of Mallorcan wine. A spacious roof terrace, which invites you to sunbathe, is also part of the apartment.

Cala Ferrera with its small sandy beach is only 2 minutes walk (150m) from the accommodation and other beaches, such as Playa de Cala Serena (800m), are also within walking distance. There are also numerous restaurants, bars and cafes along the main street, which can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot and the nearest supermarket is only 40m away. The capital, Palma, and the airport can be reached in about an hour (60km) by car.

Parking is available on the street and there is 1 private parking spot inside the residential complex.

Pets are not allowed.

Access to the property is from the ground floor (terrace) or also from the 1st floor.

There is an extra fee for the Ecotax per person per night to be paid by cash directly to the host upon arrival.
