This wonderful apartment in front of the marina of Portocolom welcomes 4 guests.
The great terrace of this apartment is perfect to spend the nicest moments with the company of the spectacular views to the marina and sea of Portocolom. The sunrises and sunsets from here, while feeling at the same time the sea breeze and the soft chant of the waves and enjoying a coffee or a glass of wine and an appetiser, will be absolutely unforgettable.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and there is no lift. It combines charm and comfort thanks to the beautiful rooms with wooden floors and the perfect furniture and details. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen are together. Here you can relax while watching the satellite TV or chatting with the sea views at the end. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, two with single beds and the last one with a double bed, a TV-set (with Spanish channels only), en-suite with independent bath and shower and exit to the terrace. Two of the bedrooms offer a walk-in closet and the last one has a dresser. There is baby cot and a high-chair and a second bathroom with a shower for the rest of the house. The apartment is equipped with conduit air-conditioning. The laundry room features a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

The location is a privileged one since the apartment is on the seafront of Portocolom. With the marina right in front, you can take pleasant walks whilst admiring the boats. The beach of Cala Marçal is 1.5 km away. The town centre offers all needed services like bars, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. And if you love playing golf, the course of Vall d'Or is only 6 km away.

Le logement est spacieux tant au niveau du séjour, des chambres, salles de bains et dressing. Il est intégralement équipé. Il est beau en photos mais encore mieux en vrai. Terrasse agréable face au port. Présence de restaurants à proximité ainsi qu’une épicerie en bas de l’immeuble, ce qui est très confort. Encore un grand MERCI à Rosa pour toutes ces petites intentions.

Tolle Wohnung! Stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Schöne Lage direkt am Hafen (nur Yachten, Segelboote und der Ausflugsdampfer)! Die Vermieterin hat einen Feinkost-Supermarkt unten im Haus. Einfach perfekt!

El apartamento fue perfecto. Magníficas vistas, tiendas y restaurantes cerca y fácil aparcamiento. Vale la pena señalar que, aunque el apartamento estaba en el primer piso, debido al diseño del edificio, solo hay unos pocos escalones y la falta de ascensor no es un problema. La dueña Rosa, fue de primera, muy atenta y nada fue demasiado para ella. Recomendamos 100%.

Die Wohnung war ausgesprochen schön und vor allem sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung über eine tolle Wohnküche. Die Terrasse ermöglicht einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen und der Sonnenaufgang ist gigantisch. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft hatten wir frisches Obst, Schinken, Oliven, Chips etc. in der Wohnung liegen. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich zudem ein kleiner Supermarkt, wo man täglich frische Backwaren erhält. Restaurants etc. sind fussläufig zu erreichen. In der Wohnung gibt es zudem einen Trockner und eine Waschmaschine von Miele. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Lovely week

We had a lovely week in this apartment. Everything about the property is immaculate and very well maintained. It was ideal for four adults as we each had our own bathroom and dressing room. The photos are a good representation of what it is like and the view is amazing. Rosa was an excellent host and gave us a warm welcome, providing bread, ham, wine etc for our late arrival. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again and were very sad to leave when the week was over.

We think it's even better than the pictures! The apartment is very spacious, very clean and has breathtaking views overlooking the small port with all the boats, yachts and catamarans. It feels like a home! Ofcourse you are in the middle of it all so it's not quiet but since you are on the first or 2nd floor it's great! The kitchen is a modern beauty and very well equipped. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms luxurious. Everything feels well made, doors close as supposed to, solid flooring and tiling etc. The balcony would be even more great with seats that actually sit more comfortable, then you can sit there and watch the boats for hours. The owner has a supermarket below with all you need and there are a lot of great restaurants and gelateria's right next door. We also loved the beach Cala Marcal, just a 5 min drive away. Clear water, not too busy and a cool beach bar.

A beautiful apartment right in the heart of portocolom. Rosa was a brilliant host and very thoughtful. We arrived to fruit, fresh bread, water and Serrano ham. Communication was excellent throughout our stay and a minor issues were addressed very quickly. We cannot wait to visit again.
