Our Commitment to Sustainability

At Elevated Rentals Fernie, sustainability is part of how we host. We use reusable, refillable bottles for all soaps, shampoos, and conditioners—each filled with locally crafted Soco Soaps products to reduce waste and support Fernie makers. We choose Canadian‑made bamboo toilet paper, a more sustainable alternative to traditional paper products, and our cleaning practices are both thorough and eco‑conscious, designed to minimize environmental impact while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. The studio condo and deck/ bbq is all yours. The common areas of the building, the pool, gym, hot tub, steam room and coin laundry are all shared.
