Cozy and comfortable apartment of 39 square meters, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a period building, renovated and NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access).

The accommodation consists of a mezzanine bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom.

The property is located in the historic center, in the Limited Traffic Area (active 24 hours a day), overlooks the covered market and is a few steps from the Estense Castle of Ferrara and the Town Hall.

The space is organized as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, video projector with Sky, dining table and chairs and split A/C;

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, washing machine, kettle, electric oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- LOFT BEDROOM (stairs to access) with double bed;

- BATHROOM with sink, raised shower cubicle, bidet and WC.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:

Unlimited WiFi, independent heating with heat pump, chair and desk, iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes hanger, hairdryer.



ATTENTION:

- Building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access the apartment);

- Internal staircase to reach the loft bedroom;

- Apartment in Limited Traffic Area (5 EUR per day);

-Quiet hours: 10.00pm-8.00am.



The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara, equal to 0.30 cent.

We are available by phone at the following times:

10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday

3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays



KEY COLLECTION:

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.



NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.



Ferrara is a city on a human scale and it can be easily visited on foot or, for those who may prefer it, by bike: it is no coincidence that it is known as the Italian city of bicycles. Among the main points of interest, it is worth mentioning: the famous Estense Castle, an impressive fortress dating back to the fourteenth century; the Cathedral of Ferrara, with its white marble facade, called Duomo by the Ferrarese themselves; Palazzo dei Diamanti, which owes its name to the white and pink diamond-shaped marble blocks that cover the two facades; Via delle Volte, with its medieval charm.



To reach the main points of interest:

- Estense Castle: 4 minutes on foot;

- Ferrara Cathedral: 5 minutes on foot;

- Via delle Volte: 9 minutes on foot;

- Palazzo dei Diamanti: 10 minutes on foot;

- Palazzo Schifanoia: 17 minutes on foot.



- From Ferrara railway station, it is possibile to take bus n. 1/6/9/11/331 to Cavour P. Beretta stop, a 4-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment in 15 minutes on foot from the station.



- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car / taxi;



- For those travelling by car, the apartment is located within the limited traffic area (ZTL). It is possible to park (for a fee) at the garage in Piazza Scarati, open 24 hours a day, a 3-minute walk from the property (free on holidays).



The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so the license plate will be required to access with the access pass which will be sent on the day of check-in.
