It comfortably accommodates six people, with three bedrooms.

The location of the house is within the limited traffic zone (ztl) and the most convenient free parking is in via Carlo Mayer or in via XX Settembre.

LIVING AREA. Equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave, toaster and various utensils.

Living room with television.



BEDROOMS. Two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds.



TWO BATHROOMS. Both complete with shower, bidet and sink.



OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Free Wifi, iron, hair dryer and clothesline.

According to Italian Law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

The apartment is classified according to the municipality of Ferrara as \"4-sun self-catering house/flat\" so the city tax is 2.00 euros per night, per person.

To get from the Bologna Marconi airport, it takes 45 minutes by car.

By public transport you need to take the train n. 11 to the Kennedy stop; journey time 40 minutes.

From the Ferrara central station, instead, take bus n.6 to the Alfonso d\'Este Museo Di Spina stop, a 20-minute journey.

10 minutes by car.
