This space invites families to enjoy sunrise breakfasts and sunset evenings, with panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. With unobstructed ocean views from the main living area, it offers a natural light filled and welcoming space for gathering. All furnishings are brand new and were carefully selected with both comfort and beauty in mind—perfect for family living without sacrificing style.

About this space
Pura Vida Beachfront House +Villa is a 7 bedroom, 4.5bath, 2 kitchen beachfront getaway in Flagler Beach, blending contemporary coastal elegance with comfort.

Experience the spectacular 900-square-foot rooftop terrace, private beach deck and walkover. It's the perfect luxury home providing a space where unforgettable memories are made—together, pets included.

-This property is dog friendly.  A non-refundable pet fee of $180 will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
-The person reserving the home must be at least 25 years old and is fully responsible for all guests. This individual must be present at check-in and remain for the full stay.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-We provide a limited initial supply of household essentials to get you settled on day one. Guests should bring or purchase additional items.
-A digital guest guide will be provided ahead of your stay outlining access instructions and local tips.

Absolutely beautiful home with a great view. Everything is nicely updated with plenty of room for a couple of families. There are cute restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and some great state parks and trails close by. The best part is the beach! Right across the street with a private walk. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the Intracoastal.

What an incredible experience! The house comes fully equipped with everything for a beach getaway. All the well thought out details really made a difference. Communication was easy and clear. My family and I truly had a wonderful experience staying at this property. I can not recommend it enough.
