Amazing location

I really loved the location of this rental property! The public beach access was right across the A1A which is a small road easy to cross. Restaurants and shops were also in walking distance which was amazing! We also really enjoyed the outside patio area where our pups could also enjoy some sun.

Perfect location!

Absolutely the perfect location. A 1 minute walk to the beach. Clean building inside and out! Great communication with the owner! Would highly recommend.

Good Location - Bad unit - Renter beware!

Overall we were terribly disappointed with the unit as soon as we entered. We quickly realized the online pictures were deceiving. Great location, 50 yards to the Atlantic Ocean, but too many issues with the unit itself. Shower curtain rod kept falling down, it needed replacing. The bathroom was dark. It was hard to shave with only the vanity light on. Air handler would not shut off, it ran 24/7 and was very loud in the bedroom. It was located in a adjacent bedroom closet. King size bed was only 20" off the floor. Very difficult to get in and out of. The security lights from the adjacent 7/11 shined into the unit and it made it looked like daylight in the middle of the night. The outdoor deck area has seen better days and furniture needed updating. I would have been afraid to light the grill for the extreme amount of rust of it. The view from the rear windows looked onto a broken down fence and bags of garbage. We stayed only 2 days of a planned 6 day stay and were glad to be gone.
