This property is beautiful! It has excellent amenities- crisp sheets, large bath towels, coffee, fresh cold water. The communication with the owners was great!! The location is perfect! Close to everything but extremely quiet. I will say there was a funny humming sound in the bedroom that came on and off every five seconds. Not sure what that was. But overall the place is amazing!! We loved our stay.

Great Location and Wheelchair accessible. Communication not great.

The property was clean and perfectly located in the heart of Florence. It was wheelchair accessible and an excellent choice for any wheelchair user. Unfortunately, communication was not good. Mini-split heating units did not work well or not at all depending on the room. We reported this and were given instructions on how to use them but they just did not work so we were cold. The blanket in one of the bedrooms was stained and liquid was leaking out of the locked closet. We reported it and were told to put paper towels under the door. The coffee pot did not work. There was also miscommunication about the cost of the apartment but this was resolved without issue.

An amazing stay in a well-located, clean, modern Florence Apartment with a direct view of the top of the Duomo. Walking distance to the main piazzas (easy walk, less than 5 min). Building has an elevator, so this is handicap accessible. Downstairs is a luggage storage business, so no worries if you are checking out and need to store your bags before heading to your next destination. I would highly, highly recommend this apartment.

Firenze stay in September

The host was very communicative, helped to arrange a driver from the airport to the flat in Florence. She met us at the door and showed us around the spacious apartment. We are two couples traveling together and with the three bedrooms and three bathrooms there was more.than.ample space. The place was immaculately clean and beds super soft and comfortable. We did not make any meals in, but the kitchen appeared to be very well stocked. Very comfortable furniture in the living room Wonderful location with close walking distance to all the major sites. Extra touches of a bottle of wine, some snacks and coffee/tales was very nice.

Location Location Location!

With a view of the duomo from the windows, we knew we were in the right spot. Andrea was so helpful throughout the process - from reservation to check in to questions during the stay to check out. The apartment itself is bigger than it appears in the pictures and has everything you need for your stay. Walking distance to everything (including the airport tram and train station), you can probably never take a taxi and be just fine. If we are lucky enough to return to Firenze, we will be repeat visitors here!

great place to stay

this was a great place to stay, very close to the city center and the check in was great!!. the owner helped us unload the luggage and helped with parking as we drove. Would highly recommend and would defiantly visit again
