Location was amazing, 5 min walk to bridge but tucked away from the busy tourists areas. Went to Gino’s bakery for a great coffee and pastry and brought back to apartment to get ready for the day. Around the corner from bakery is a grocery store. Host was very helpful and assisted us with any needs promptly especially when our taxi did not arrive at 4 am, she called another company and even though he had to drive fast, we made it to the airport and didn’t miss our flight. The host was so kind, helpful and knowledgable about the area. She was amazing! Loved our stay and would stay at the same place again! Ciao! Thank you Jacqueline

Great location, lovely to walk over the ponte Vecchio every day particularly early in the morning when it was still quiet. The air-con was needed during our stay in August and worked well.

What a great spot in a central location! The twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were perfect for our children. And the AC was mission critical in the heat.

Perfect location and excellent hospitality

Many thanks to Jacqueline for a superb stay in Florence. She graciously allowed us to check in several hours early due to a train strike that disrupted our travel plans. The home was clean and spacious and easy to access. When we experienced an issue with an outlet in the bathroom and could not remove our clothes from the washing machine, Jacqueline kindly scheduled an electrician to fix the issue and we returned to our room with the outlet working. We would certainly stay at Jacqueline’s home again and highly recommend it to people who want to stay in the Oltrarno and be close to the city center. Thank you, Jacqueline!

Great location and very nice for a family

We really enjoyed this location as it is right across the bridge from many of the main sights - walking distance to everything and the train station where you can get public transit to the airport. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and great location in Florence.

Great location. Street maps provided. Very small communal area. Beds not great. Taxi did not appear and we were left rushing to the station with luggage which was stressful. However we really enjoyed Florence and the trips we took using the apartment as our base.

Property was close to train station but was not aware of that upon arrival. Decided to take an Uber which was not worth it when we could’ve walked. The city fee was 52 euros and when her assistant arrived he told me it was 55 euros. Where to take out trash was not easy to find in the city.

A not so good apartment on a wonderful location

The location is unbeatable! Wonderful spot! The apartment lacks of ventilation, smells like grease from the kitchens on the first floor, not possible to open the windows due to this and it feels a bit claustrophobic. The kitchen is extremely small, so if you are expecting to cook something, forget it! Very few kitchen utensils. Communication with the host was ok but quite limited. Loved Florence though!

Lovely Apartment Great Location

2 Bedrooms/2 baths worked wonderfully for 4 adults. the master bath was a bit small but functional. Grateful for the air-conditioning given the Florence heat. Couldn't ask for a better location -- walkable to most anything - cafes, restaurants, shops, Arno River, Uffizi, including nearby Santa Croce which I would highly recommend visiting! Everything in the apartment was "as advertised". Thank you Jacqueline!

Amazing Apartment, Location, and host

My family spent five days in Florence as part of a 15 day travel to Europe. Our Florence experience was the highlight of our trip. Jacqueline was very flexible with our check-in and met us at a nearby restaurant for our meet and greet. The location is steps away from the Ponte Vecchio bridge and just outside the door are three restaurants which made dining convenient. The apartment is updated, very clean, and comfortable for a family of five. I’d rate our experience a 10 if I could. I highly recommend this apartment and the hospitality of our host.

The location of this stay is unbelievable - all the places you need to see, or want to see, are within walking distance. The host, Jaqueline, is simply lovely, and responds immediately. The neighborhood is in the heart of Florence, lodging is quiet, and the apartment is warm and comfortable.

We enjoyed our vacation, the location is great so much things around us, however if you walk further you will find better restaurants. The property manager is the sweetest person and very helpful with any questions you have for her, she truly makes you welcome. The only thing my family and I didn't like is how rude people could be at the restaurants and some stores; overall EVERYTHING IS GREAT!!!!!!
