Wonderful location and stay!

The team was fantastic and shared great information when I checked in. Also, available when I had any questions. The apartment is fantastic and I will be coming back soon! Perfect for any stay. Great location.

Brand new apartment. Very clean and new appliances. Need to climb two flights of stairs to get to room and pay a fee if you check in later than 8pm. But other than that - was perfect for our stay

We had to wait for over half an hour outside the property before checking in. Had to carry luggage 4 floors to the apartment as there was no elevator. Inconsiderate and rude lower floor apartment occupier.

Clean. Brand new apartment. Air conditioning present. Functional but basic. Extra charge for bedding was unexpected. Not a hotel. So need to precise on time when contacted by what’s app for arrival. As someone would come and meet you to give the keys. Not suitable for disabled - on second floor - no lifts. 10 mins walk to nearest bus stop.

very nice spacious apartment, everything was very clean, great check in and hosts had great communication, there is a wonderful cafe on the street called cafe orcagna that had the best menu for breakfast and lunch, lots of dinner options on the nearby street with shopping. and walkable 10-15 min into downtown.We were very happy to stay here and would stay here again.

Oh, my goodness, this property was amazing! We all had our own space. 2 bedrooms, the living room with a "sofabed type couch" & a loft with a bed upstairs, which my daughter loved! Loved the 2 full bathrooms, and kitchen. We walked everywhere while in Florence so saved us a lot of hassle and money on transportation :)
