Staff is very nice and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool the most.

We did not enjoy our stay. Our room was very dirty the bathroom was extremely dirty the tub was disgusting we couldn’t even use it. I even went to housekeeping to tell her to clean and it’s like she didn’t know what I was saying. The blanket had cigarette burn holes in them. Some of the outlets didn’t work. There was only a few channels that actually worked on the tv. There was a man walking up and down our hall and laying on the steps just very weird. My kids and I were not comfortable at all we had no choice but to stay since I already paid for it. Never again

Pulled covers back and there were roaches in our bed. My boyfriend had one crawling on him!

Basic stay heat barely worked so my family was freezing! People being loud all nogh5 long seemingly on their phones just stabdibg out our door even past 12am!

For the price point you definitely get what you pay for. It’s not the worst place I’ve ever stayed in or messiest but there were a few things I wish were different. The room was extremely drafty perhaps due to it being a storm upon a rival but the window also leaked so badly I had to place a towel in the window to make sure it didn’t go everywhere. The sink drained very slowly as did the shower but again. The price is what you get. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and nice however the housekeeping staff was extremely rude and demanded to see every single towel in the room before replacing the one that was stopping the leak in the window.
