Molto luminosa grazie alle ampie vetrate, dalle quali potrete ammirare una splendida vista sulla città.
Il villino è dotato di riscaldamento e raffreddamento autonomi a pavimento in tutte le stanze.
Si sviluppa su unico piano e si compone di un salotto con spazio di lavoro dedicato e smart tv, una cucina completa open-space, una camera matrimoniale, una seconda camera con letti singoli o letto matrimoniale a scelta, un bagno completo finestrato con doccia, un bagno di servizio e una zona lavanderia.
Gli ambienti del salotto e della lavanderia sono comunicanti con l'esterno attraverso ampie porte finestre.
Nello spazio esterno troverete un patio coperto con tavolo da pranzo e lettini prendisole.

Il centro di Firenze è raggiungibile anche a piedi, con una passeggiata di circa 30 minuti. La fermata dell’autobus più vicina si trova a 15 minuti a piedi, e da lì potrete raggiungere il centro in altri 10 minuti. In auto/taxi si arriva in centro in soli 10 minuti.
Anche Fiesole è raggiungibile a piedi in 30 minuti oppure in auto in 10 minuti.
In zona ci sono bar, ristoranti, supermercati e anche un mercato di frutta e verdura fresca aperto tutte le mattine (mercato delle Cure).
