Guesthouse complete with swimming pool near Ufsc and Udesc

Small guest house with independent entrance, composed of a suite bedroom. Complete with stove, refrigerator, washing machine and air conditioning. Located in an upscale neighborhood close to the university and the Iguatemi shopping mall. The kit is at the bottom of the main house. The neighborhood is completely residential and quiet, we are right in front of a beautiful square with a sports court. We are located in the heart of the city, 15 minutes from the center and 20 minutes from the nearest beach. Pet friends are welcome!
