Tranquil Oasis: A Beautiful Water-Front Home

Experience the ultimate Cape Cod vacation in our stunning water-front home located in Forestdale, Sandwich.

Our home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, offering plenty of space for up to seven adults. Two of the bedrooms feature luxurious king beds, while the third bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. In addition to the three bedrooms, our home also features an office with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests or for those who need to catch up on work during their stay.

The living room boasts large windows that provide stunning views of the pond and surrounding nature, as well as plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, complete with appliances and granite countertops. The dining area features a round table that seats up to six guests and offers direct views of the pond.

The master bedroom is truly a retreat, featuring a large glass door that provides stunning views of the pond and access to a private deck. Relax in the comfortable king bed and enjoy the peace and tranquility of your own private oasis. The master bathroom features high-end finishes and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Step outside onto the deck and follow the private walkway that leads to the pond, where you can relax and take in the serene surroundings. On clear days, wake up early and watch the beautiful sunrise over the pond - a truly unforgettable experience! Our backyard oasis is perfect for enjoying the beautiful Cape Cod weather. Lounge on the patio furniture while taking in the peaceful views of the pond, or grill up a delicious meal on the barbecue.

For your peace of mind, please note that there are outdoor security cameras installed around the exterior of the house.

Take the second exit after the bridge to avoid the summer congestion and get to our home in no time. Our home is also within walking distance to the town beach, where you can soak up the sun and take a refreshing swim in the crystal clear water. Additionally, some of the most stunning beaches in the area are just a short drive away. Our home is also only a 10-minute drive from Mashpee Commons, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Overall we really did enjoy our stay! The house was spacious (there were 6 of us) and clean. The view of the lake was beautiful. While the house is not on the beach, it is in a beautiful spot with easy access to pretty much anywhere on the Cape! The public beach is 20 minutes away.The kitchen was well stocked and the WiFi was good.Communication with host was easy. They were very responsive to every question we had both ahead of the stay and during.

Nice location with lots of room for families

The property is nicely situated as a base for daytrips on the cape and islands. The house was clean and well equipped with daily essentials. The host was very responsive to all inquiries and was very pleasant to deal with. The pond can be accessed from the property and we made use of the host's kayak and canoe during our stay. Good fishing can be had on the pond as well.

Family friendly waterfront getaway

With a last minute decision to go to the Cape for vacation, we were blessed to have found such a beautiful place nestled in the Forestdale part of Sandwich on Snake Pond. Minutes away from Falmouth beaches and Mashpee commons. We enjoyed different adventures everyday, including fishing in the pond and staying at the beach on the pond, Martha’s Vineyard , shopping and Nobska Beach. The inside is immaculate and well kept, the host Chao, was super responsive and great to chat with. My entire family plus extended all stayed comfortably for the week. With an open kitchen/dining room concept even meal prep was enjoyable for the whole family. A nice quiet location my wife and I were able to drink our early morning coffee, enjoying the beautiful sunrise from our deck. At night we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the beach 2 minutes away from the house. It was truly an amazing week and we didn’t want it to end! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this lovely home!

Tranquil Stay

Beautiful property located on a pond. We visited Provincetown and the cape, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard and found this to be a great central location from ferry docks and other points of interest. Highly recommend the property for anyone visiting.

Perfect Cape Cod vacation home

The house I chose for my sisters, our husbands and myself was perfect for our Cape Cod vacation. The location was centrally located which made our trips to various places relatively easy. As an added plus, the house was on a lake which made relaxing after a busy day, that much easier. There was plenty of room, was very clean and had lot of additional amenities. In addition, the host quickly responded to all inquiries I had related to the house. I would definitely stay at this house again if I am in that area.

The home was beautiful and as described. We loved using the kayaks and canoe, and appreciated the house being so well stocked with everyday items. Chao was excellent with communicating, providing updates, and being being reachable. We plan to book this house again in the future!

Great house! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The only complaints were that 2 of the 3 beds were extremely firm and that the sandy beach shown in the photos (Snake Pond Beach) requires a resident sticker to park. We were able to drop family off and then have one person walk the 1/2 mile.

This property is beautiful, so clean, and a super convenient location for quick activities with Littles and returning for nap time midday! The sleeping space is great as it allows for a little separation for two families which was perfect for us. We look forward to booking again next year!

Lovely getaway

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely, two-level home. It’s very clean with comfy beds. We had nice evening walks in their quaint neighborhood; it was also a convenient drive into historic Sandwich. The only bummer was thinking that we’d be able to use the kayaks & canoe. My three teenagers were very disappointed. The site should make it clear that those are only available between Memorial Day & Labor Day. Otherwise, great place!

Great stay

This house is very nice with lots of room and comfortable beds and furniture. It has everything you need and a beautiful view of the pond. The neighborhood is quiet, but close to a lot of good restaurants and stores. Definitely recommend!
