Property is way overpriced. The room is noisy when people above you move around. The bedroom only has one bright can light in the ceiling which can only be turned on and off by the door. There are no bed lamps. There is no dresser in the bedroom, and no tv. Living area also only has one can light.

It was under renovation. The room said it slept 4 but only had one bed and the sofa made into an odd shape but was not a traditional pull out sofa bed. Several things in the room needed completion for the renovation. It was a very nice place and upon completion will be the nicest place to stay in town , just wish they would have advertised the fact it was under renovation and priced it as such

This property felt deluxe and was a great place to stay during our visit at the Olympic National Park. There were some things to figure out (like the lighting) but once we figured it out, it was smooth sailing.

As of June 2025, this is apparently a very new hotel in this small town. It is so new that they have painter's tape around the door frames and have not yet installed any towel bars or handles on the drawers and cabinet doors. I think they are waiting for a furniture shipment as there were no chairs in the room. The room did not have a hair dryer, which I noticed after showering so didn't feel comfortable walking across the parking lot to the office with wet hair. I think the property will be nice once they complete it.

There was no hot water. It was barely warm. When i advised the manager, she said, “they were working on the water heater”. Not even a “sorry about that” or “allow me to adjust your rate”. The toilet seat was secured with only one bolt so you had to be careful that it didn’t slide off. The side tables had the pulls on the inside of the drawers. The place was clearly in the rehab process and not ready for occupancy.

Had a newly renovated room, was clean and tidy but the toilet seat is loose. Could do with a mirror in the bathroom which would make it more convenient. The time of our stay the hotel is undergoing a full renovation and some parts have building work going on

Great location Good rooms However, poor service. Pull out sofa is extremely small. And despite booking the room for 4 adults, we only got 3 sets of towels and no extra blankets. So ruined our experience. I would look for another place next time.

great location, great rooms. I booked a room with 2 queens and got a a unit with 2 bedrooms and a living area and full kitchen. The balcony was relaxing. This is a gem in the woods..

nice hotel away from traffic, room was remodeled, it smelt like fish though, big bathroom, nice kitchen and sitting area. had 3 beds- 1 king and 2 queens, close to town

Not ready for prime time.

Pros: Spacious , comfortable beds Con: In the process of being refurbished but many things undone. No closets or wardrobes, no where to hang clothes . No chairs in bedrooms.No towel racks in bathroom. Minimal kitchenware, no coffee cups, no teaspoons, no oven trays, no mixing bowls . Had to ask for liquid soap and sponge. No LAUNDRY facilities even though it is on their website. No bedside lights . Outlets imbedded in headboard that were not plugged in.

The place was so close to being perfect. It was like staying at an apartment. I think it would be elevated to perfection if they had some lamps around the place to give it more atmosphere. The ceiling lights are just stark and bright. The water in the shower also goes hot to cool pretty quickly if you like to shower in pretty hot water. All and all, the place was great and in a great location. Would definitely come back in the future.

The property is being remodeled but I had no issues with it , the young lady in reception was very friendly . The area is beautiful with the forest behind it . the suite we stayed in was remolded I believe maybe just the hardware was missing from the kitchen cabinets , was a littler hard to open drawer without hardware but it is a beautiful property and once remodeling is complete it will be amazing I really enjoyed our time here , close to everything .Definitely would return to stay here

Amazing room for my family and I! It was very clean and spacious, and updated amenities including the TV and floor. The kitchenette was clean and fully furnished with anything you could need to cook with! Back patio is nice for hanging out, or if you need somewhere to put your muddy shoes or clothes from hiking around. Only tiny thing, is that since they have the hardwood floor they may want to consider keeping a tiny broom and dustpan in the room , but otherwise it's a great place to stay if you're going to visit the parks!
