"This hotel has so much potential, but fails on major and minor things. First, there is an elevator to nowhere (buttons and such but no elevator). The water is dirty and not cleaned ocean front. The restaurant had issues with music. Either skipping songs or no songs but the Bluetooth bleep bleep noise and the staff didn’t know what to do. The room had no outlets in convenient locations. The power kept going out every hour. One night, 12 times. The TV doesn’t work. No dryer. Cold water for showers. Duct Tape on the floor between the bedroom and bathroom. Poor furnishing. Bees in a certain location. Staff was kinda helpful, but definitely a 4/10 compared to other resorts (e.g., Ocho Rios). Night time yelling of drunk lady threatening to kill someone. Dogs fighting at night on the property. Sooooo much potential, but fell way short. Could be 8/10, was definitely a 3.5."
