Front staff told me I was going to on the 8th with pool view. Instead, she put us on the 3rd floor with parking lot view. Went down stairs to speak with per who checked us in and stood in line. When it was my turn she took another customer. The staff next to her was nice enough to wait on me and place us on the 8th floor. Cost $40 to park per night. Building smelt old. Carpet disjointed and shower stopped up. Shortest building in area; which has no view of beach.

Very inconvenient with the parking and not easy getting your luggage in or getting checked in. Also, the rooms are not clean and tiles are lifted off of the floor or missing floor tiles all together.

Three guests, two towels in room on arrival. Very loud in room AC units. Terrible smell on floor near elevators greeted us in the morning, and persisted all day.

Mixed emotions

I have mixed emotions about the stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and that's ultimately what we stay for, right? My only concern was the customer service or lack of. Funny, I was there for a business retreat and I'm in the customer service business and I feel like this establishment really slacked in that area. The restaurant/bar service was awful which we used multiple times. Check in/out was fine but very lack luster. I didn't really feel welcomed, just "attended to". Bottom line... Just kind of... Meh.
