This beautiful, contemporary condominium penthouse is perfect for up to 5 family or friends to enjoy during any South Florida vacation stay.

2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are surprisingly roomy, and this delightful condo has attractive upgrades that put a premium on comfort and style. Striking luxury floors are done in hand-picked marble tile from Turkey, and the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout mean you're always within sight of an epic view. The balcony is oversized and dramatically spacious, with the corner building location providing a west facing view that is perfect for taking in an unobstructed look at the inspiring and romantic sunsets.

Master bedroom is stylishly decorated, with a spacious king bed, a designer bathroom, and a flatscreen TV. Second bedroom features a queen bed and a full bath. The living room offers a second, larger flatscreen, comfy seating, and panoramic city views through those floor-to-ceiling windows. Internet is included.

Review of Hemingway

Overall, my family and I enjoyed the Hemingway penthouse, especially the location and size of the unit/views from the unit. Fair warning, the building itself is dated which caused many mechanical issues. The elevators were out of commission several times while staying there and it caused difficulty getting up to the unit. There were also issues when first arriving with overall cleanliness of the unit. The oven had a ton of grease in the bottom which caused it to smoke heavily (as one example). Lars the property manager was very responsive and did do his best to fix issues quickly. The location is great, but the building and unit could use some TLC.

The unit is nicely appointed, has killer sunset views and is conveniently located to the beach and many restaurants. The building has good security features and is nicely landscaped. We also really enjoyed the pool.

We were impressed by how spacious the condo was. There was plenty of room for all of us and many different places to relax including the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining areas and outdoor balcony. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the towels plentiful with even beach towels included! The kitchen had everything we needed and was clean with lots of storage available. Having a washer and dryer room was a real plus. The views east and west were beautiful both day and night and the proximity to the beach and restaurants great. Would stay there again and highly recommend.

This condo was exactly as listed and then some. It was clean, well equipped for a family of four and plenty of room. The views were amazing from the condo and it was the perfect location, only a few blocks from the beach. The pool was great too!

Lovely Stay - Would rent again

The property is nicely laid out, with two bedrooms each with a full bath. Another half bath in common area. Very spacious common living area (kitchen, dining room, living room). Loved the windows and views of the sunset. Outside porch is a little crowded but has place for dining and for just sitting, which is nice. Comes with two parking spots. Easy walk to beach. Came with umbrellas and chairs but rentals also available at the beach for full lounge chairs. Pool area lovely, covid safe - chairs spread out from each other but we hardly ran into anyone the whole time. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only reccs are: 1) needs new toaster with a button that actually works to set darkness level that doesn't burn every item 2) needs wooden tongs to take items out of toaster 3) needs more 8 oz sized drinking glasses. Only negative is that the huge roller shade in the master bedroom that covers the sliding doors was broken. It was stuck in the down position, making the room very dark and making us unable to use the sliding door to the balcony. I texted the property manager twice before being told that a new one was on order and due any day but never heard anything else the rest of the week. They obviously knew it was broken before I got there and never said anything which is disappointing. I would, however, definitely stay again. We very much enjoyed the rental.

Awesome Condo!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The condo itself was beautiful and well stocked with everything needed. The view to the west was of the most incredible sunsets. It was a short 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Deerfield Beach was a great location. The only disappointment was that we had to cut our stay short due to the impending arrival of Hurricane Dorian. I highly recommend this property.
