That was the worst hotel or as the saying resort, which is, I do not believe or I can not call it resort all I can say it is my worst experience ever
Starting from check in very tight place cannot fit more than three customer with only one employee has to do many things at the same time which is un known why nobody can be next to him with the next two computers creating a customer jam, of course rude
Hitting me with a surprises of multiple charges starting by resort fee and parking fee and I have no idea why $20 per day to park your car and another $20 resort fee
And I was told aggressively if you don’t pay, we will tow your car and while I am an align and I have noticed a lot of other customer trying to switch their rooms for multiple reasons are after because it is filthy and disgusting
$into the room no view and maintaining the room has no phone so you can call the customer service or the front desk for any reason. Bathroom was disgusting housekeeping will appear every three days
I went out for lunch came afternoon both keys, not working and replacing both after staying in the line again I was told maybe you put it next to credit card or Phone and my answer was no I know exactly to put it in different pocket was replaced which is OK but they’re not OK when I came back after dinner by midnight to the same issue again
