Good location with reasonable prices. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Reasonable parking fee. Friendly staff. It had clean rooms but a bit small bathroom and pool. Traffic noise at night in the building 3 facing Ocean Dr.

I have stayed here a few times and I love this place. It's very cozy and comfortable.. if your looking for the Ritz this is not your place but if your looking for a great place to stay close to everything, then this is tbe place you are looking for.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major concern during our stay. There was visible dirt behind the beds, and we found cockroaches on the bed as well as in the shower, which was extremely uncomfortable. I reported these issues to the front desk and requested to check out early, but because it was New Year’s Eve, the only option offered was a 50% deduction, presented as take it or leave it. The room itself was very basic. The TV was not working upon arrival, and the shower was leaking from above the bathroom, causing water to spill all over the floor. Overall, the stay did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance expectations. Other hotels in the area with same distance to boardwalk.

The pull out sofa bed was acrually 2 twin beds! Perfect for my 2 kids!! The room was clean, they supplied beach chairs & towels for free.
