Spacious 3/2 with pool (option for heating at an additional cost) that can accommodate up to 10 guests. House is centrally located in a very quiet residential area. Great and safe area to go for walks. All Hollywood points of interests are within a 10-15 minute drive. Fort Lauderdale airport is just 15 minutes away. South Florida's best beaches are less than 15 minutes away. The Tri-Rail is a 3 min drive (20 min walk from home) giving you access to discover South Florida by train. The Tri-Rail train has a stop in Miami International airport. You can also take the transfer station from the Tri-rail to the Metrorail station, and explore downtown Miami and Wynwood.

Home away from Home

clean and very quiet Neiborhood. The house fit the family events. The swimming pool was a big plus for the children keeping them company. We will definitely book again in the future. The owners were awesome; they helped us any way they can to help solve our problem.

Perfect layout for family of 10

Home has a king master with bathroom in it on one side of house. Living spaces located in the center of home. Two bedrooms with a bath between them on opposite side of house from master. This was perfect for napping babies! The pool was sparkling clean and we paid extra to have it heated which everyone loved and enjoyed. Great outdoor space to play cards and hang out. Plenty of seating there as well as inside.

It is a comfortable beach-type house with very nice pool.

It is a nice beach-type house.1. The house is comfortable, it lacks blankets because even though it is a warm climate, it can be cold inside the house. 2. The air fresheners had a very strong fragrance, so we had to take them out and place. 3. We did not find a mop anywhere to clean the floor, because sometimes it got wet in the bathrooms or kitchen.Thanks

Love this property!

The house is perfect! Clean, simple! The beds were comfortable! Sitting area inside and out are nice! The pool is excellent! Many stores and restaurants a block away. The coolest birds can be found wondering the neighborhood. I don't think we saw or heard a single neighbor while we were there. The backyard is private and peaceful with an excellent sunset! Lovely property

The property was very nice and in a great area. I came down for spring break with my kids and also to visit my sister. Everything was close by and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Sandra and Carlos were very pleasant and quick to respond. I’ve already told my husband we could definitely stay there again.

Great family Vacation

Great house in Hollywood with pool!

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Hollywood, FL. We had 5 adults and 1 teenager in our party. The house was clean and looked just like the photos. We would have liked a few more bath towels and washcloths and didn't realize we needed to request extra sheets for the futon, but Sandra brought some by! So maybe having some more towels and sheets and laundry detergent would have been nice. We were very happy we paid extra to have the pool heated...that was very nice! Plenty of beach towels available. Great location, easy check-in, and great communication...comfortable stay! :)

Weekend getaway

The home was just as described. This was our first friends get away and we were all very happy with the home. The home was very clean and plenty of room for everyone. The beds were all very comfy and tv''s in the bedrooms and in the living room were definitely appreciated as we all need some kind of noise to fall asleep too. Kitchen had all basic essentials you would need. We paid the extra money to have the pool heated and we're glad we did. It was so nice for night swims. There was plenty of pool towels out for us to use and some pool floats as well. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and yet still close to shopping. We went to dinner at Billy's Stone Crab and the food was amazing with great views. We then went over to the casino to see the guitar shaped hotel and go in the casino. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Mid Winter break

The house and pool fit our needs perfectly. We arrived late, but not to late to enjoy a swim. Carlos and Sandra asked before we arrived, if we wanted the pool heated. Best choice EVER. Great Family Vacation

Perfect warm weather getaway for our family vacation. Nice setup with space in the house and outside. Nice private pool area with optional heated pool. The location was close enough to travel to the beach in 15 min.

Beautiful home, convenient

Great property with excellent communication from owner

The owners were so communicative and accommodating that it made the trip worth it!! Cons, we didn't have any washcloths in the master bathroom. (we never did communicate that, or Im sure it would have been handled). Also, there are a lot of lizards/iguanas but we can't blame the owners for that. It's their habitat! Pro's - everything else! Don't hesitate to book this property and enjoy yourself!!! I look forward to returning!
