Beach stay for Concert
Posted Sep. 17, 2023 on HomeAwayThis property is very close to the beach (about a 2 min walk) and was just as the pictures indicated.
Very clean and had everything I needed for a short stay while in town for a concert.
Liked that I could walk to the beach as well as many restaurants.
Check in process was easy but.....the directions for using the keypad to re-lock the door, not so much. There were not directions provided and it took an hour of back/forth via a chat (after a full day of travel at which time I was quite hangry) to get access to a key as the support person via chat could not resolve. Luckily later that evening the on duty security person (sorry I don't recall his name) was able to come by and sort it all out.
It would be helpful to update all of the keypad directions on the website for future.
Also, there was no information binder in the condo, which was a bit of a disappointment.
Overall though, this is a clean, well equipped, close to the beach condo. I would stay here again in the future.

Nice place to stay

Parking in this area is always a challenge but we just Uber from the airport and chill at the beach. The unit was clean and everything worked well. The only negative is a paid laundry that takes coins.

Communication very helpful to help us with checkin one day later due to airline travel delays. The unit exactly as described. Worked out great for our 3 nights there prior to our cruise sailing. Checkin and Checkout very easy and well communicated. Close to beach and restaurants I 2 minute walk. Would recommend stay. Would go back again based on the type of travel needs and length of stay. Not an enjoyable stay
Posted Apr. 2, 2023 on HomeAwayThe bathroom had water damage on the ceiling that was just painted over. The entertainment center under the tv was broken. There was hair in the bed. The floors and lower half of the walls were dirty. The bathroom door had patched holes in it that wasn't patched very well. The door to the apartment was gaping and you could see daylight through it. The only thing holding the door closed was the lock. There was no parking pass like was described in the posting. We had to pay $150 for a permit with the city to park on the street. The streets and sidewalks in the city were full of trash and bottles and beer cans and cigarettes. The couch was so worn out; it was gross and we didn't want to sit on it. The water in the shower never got hot. We were very disappointed. If you were coming here to get wasted and pass out, not a big deal but if you’re coming to enjoy the ocean and have a nice place to get away, this is not the place for you.

Posted Oct. 2, 2022 on HomeAwayHalf a block from the beach. Lots of food options including Nick's Bar on the corner. They are open until 4am. Had groceries delivered the first day from Publix. Unfortunately they were out of insulated bags so keeping drinks cold on the beach was a challenge. We would definitely rent this location again.

Awesome Stay
Posted Mar. 23, 2022 on HomeAwayI stayed here w my 3 teenagers for Spring Break! The place is small yet perfect. It’s extremely clean. My favorite part was waking up and being able to walk not even one minute to the beach. My kids loved it as well. I highly recommend this place. Parking is expensive the parking pass wasn’t available so that was the only down side. Other than that BOOK THIS HOUSE ASAP!!!
