For boat lovers, this is the perfect place to use the boat ramp, and leave the trailer in the house driveway without paying for any fees. The Davis Boat Ramp takes you to the Gulf directly via the Caloosahatchee River. There is plenty of sleeping room. Boat Ramp is withing 270 feet from house.
