We had a great week!

It is a lovely property and very well kept. Nicely appointed as well. Plenty of extras for use at the beach! We would gladly stay again if we decide to go back to Cape Coral again.

Relaxed and Laid Back

The house was perfect for our family of 5 who was looking for a place to relax and unwind with goals of doing nothing but hanging by the pool. The house had plenty of room to spread out, a fabulous pool and yard and the beach chairs and wagon were perfect for a day trip to the beach!

Absolutely stunning property! No detail overlooked inside with gorgeous decor, quality furnishings, and views from every room. The pool area was amazing - pool was heated to perfection and the hot tub was a relaxing place to watch the incredible, ever-changing sunsets. We’d love to return again!

Everything was great. Everything was as expected. Would have liked it be able to control the thermostat so we could sleep a bit more comfortable. 74 degrees was a bit warm for us since we are from the north. Otherwise it was everything and more.

Beautiful and relaxing

Lovely property with wonderful amenities. Came in early for relaxation prior to work conference and this was perfect. Everything you need with amazing amenities. Responsive pleasant owners who seem genuinely happy to share their space with you. I would stay again but typically travel with a large dog which is not allowed but otherwise this is the perfect. Close to everything you might want to do!

Sunset Cottage is a 100% match to the online description and pictures only a bit nicer in person. Everything gets a 20 out of 10 if it could. Stu and Cathy hit all the marks and very vell. We didn’t want for anything. JUST PERFECT!

Amazing home!

This home is beautiful! Perfect location and beautiful view on the lake. Perfect for family vacations! Our kids loved the swimming pool and going fishing in the lake. The house was spotless! The cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. The owners are super friendly and respond quickly! Highly recommend booking this home or one of their other rentals!

The Charming Sunset Cottage

This has the wow factor

Stayed at Sunset Cottage and I’ve gotta say, it certainly has the wow factor. The hosts were excellent communicators and nothing was too much trouble if we had a question. The property itself is accurately described and true to the pictures. The decor is fabulous and has a real beach vibe. The kitchen was fully equipped but we ate out every day as there is an abundance of restaurants close by. The pool deck was amazing and the sunsets were beautiful. The location was perfect for us and I would 100% rent this villa again. Thank you to Stu and Cathy for allowing us to stay.

We found paradise 🌴

The Sunset Cottage provided the perfect place for our spring break vacation. We *LOVED* the pool and hot tub. The view of Lake Kennedy at all times of day was amazing, but at sunset it was truly magnificent. We logged some hours outside just enjoying the wildlife watching. Stu and Cathy have thought of EVERYTHING in this home. I found a book to read by the pool during our trip and my kids played chess on the one rainy day during our trip. The neighbors are friendly and the house is the cleanest vacation rental we have ever had. We didn't want leave! I would absolutely recommend this rental and would love to come back to one of Stu and Cathy's rentals the next time we are in Cape Coral.

I rented this house for the week for my teenage daughters spring break trip. I couldn't have been happier with what we rented. My wife and three daughters absolutely loved the property and the cleanliness of it. Sometimes when you rent a property, the pictures and title do not match what you're actually getting. This is not the case. The property was decorated amazing, the pool, spa dock, and everything provided was as advertised and in tiptop shape. Stew was absolutely wonderful to work with and answered any questions we had throughout our stay. I will rent a property from Stu whenever I can because I absolutely trust that their properties are everything they say they will be. This property was wonderful, relaxing and just so we are looking for. Thank you Stu and Kathy!

Fun, Relaxing Vacay!

Amazing property, the decor is beautiful and the house is immaculate. We enjoyed swimming during the day and hot tub at night. We kayaked across the lake early in the mornings to watch the sunrise over the house. We grilled and enjoyed the spectacular sunsets. We will definitely be back! The owners are delightful as well! Thank you for a relaxing, much needed getaway!
