It’s a lovely studio apartment and the only reason for not giving it a 5 was the inconvenience of not having internet service. I realize that it is not the fault of the owner, but perhaps the property management could have been more proactive.

Relaxation

Me and my husband took a 4 day trip to seaside and I was not thrilled by our stay. The building we stayed in was extremely stale and there was a unit for each floor but the one on our floor was not running for some reason. As for the unit itself, there were a few issues. Dirty pillow on bed, shower head was dirty with shower rack that was also dirty with soap scum left from probably the last guest.My husband and I LOVE to sit out on the balcony, we could not sit on the balcony cause there were no chairs (not the host fault) but for someone who is booking and spending money on a place to stay at the beach, I do enjoy sitting on the balcony early in the morning or late at night and we could not. Although the unit was not as clean as I’d like, the host was very attentive to my concerns which I appreciated.

A very good

It is located in a very nice, quiet and safe location. There are many restaurants in walking distance. Our favorites were The Perfect Pig and Goatfeathers. The room is perfect for two and nicely decorated. The beach is just across the street.

Great Location to Beach

Great location in Santa Rosa! The beach is across the street and easy access. Shops are located on first floor with coffee and shopping. Shunk Gulley is across the street with delicious food and drinks. Parking was never a problem. I wished there had been chairs on the balcony to have morning coffee. The bed was very comfy!

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I spent 4 days at this lovely condo. We rented a car but only moved it to go to church. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. It was relaxing, quiet, and very comfortable. We would recommend this as a perfect getaway spot. The owner was very helpful and responded in a timely manner to all our questions.

Wonderful Respite!

We had a lovely stay here. It's a studio with a bedroom and bathroom, refreshing and low key and charming and clean looking beachy decor. There is a balcony that has good water views, blocked somewhat by a building but still very nice! There is a mini fridge, coffeemaker and microwave. Just perfect as we didn't care about cooking but there were enough supplies to have simple meals. What a location! The beautiful beach is across the street at a private entrance. There are shops and restaurants on the same block. We didn't get in the car again once we arrived. Jen, the owner, was excellent. She was very responsive to a couple of questions in the month before we arrived, and with a question or two once we were there. There are clear instructions in her information in the apartment and in the emails from her. The bed was comfortable and there was good closet and drawer space. The TV had tons of channels! We would definitely go back, and would recommend this as a great place for a couple to unwind and relax in a beautiful setting.
