Towels were stained and dirty. I also asked for an extra pillow and was told no. The mirrors had handprints, smears and throw up splatter. I can send the pics. Both the base of toilet and the tank had cracks. The folded washrags were wrinkled, yellow in spots, and still pubic hair on one. There was also long hair still on one of the bath towels that was also wrinkled and had black stains on them as if they were used to shine tires, we asked for additional towels which were also dirty. Crusted boogers on the bathroom wall and bloody boogers on the tub itself we decided not to shower there. Unfortunately we took our shoes off before seeing the filth and realized our feet were incredibly black within a short time so we stepped in bath just to wash our feet, and the tub suds up, as if it was leftover shampoo or soap from whoever used it last. We considered not staying the night but knew we would not make the 12 hr drive on only 2 hrs sleep, so we reluctantly stayed. At about 645 am I took some luggage to the car from the second floor and the staircase was not lit, entirely dark. Before checking out i rung service window and they refused to turn the step lights on bc "its 7am and the suns coming up". I let them know id be complaining but it wasn't until several hours after checking out i now have have bites on my lip and arm so im certain they also have bed bugs. I definitely want a full refund.

The staff was locked behind a window. The bath towels were very flimsy. You could barely dry yourself off before the towel was completely soaked. You could walk around barefoot or with just socks on before we noticed are bare feet were blackened with dirt from the floor in our room.

I would definitely book again

The lady in the front desk was very sweet it was her first day on the job. She was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and the price was reasonable. I would definitely book again.

This is not a 5 star property, but it doesn’t present as one. For the price, it’s clean and comfortable. I would return.

The price was budget friendly. Them overall appearance was a bit rough. Liter in the parking lot. People in the stair well smoking while guests were trying to walk by. Our room was nice. The shower curtain was moldy and had black stuff flaking off the corner. Overall for a quick overnight stay. It wasn’t horrible.

The tub had a black ring around it. The towels were so dirty as if they were rags. I wasn’t able to shower The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I’ve machine was not working had to wait until it made ice. This use to be a nice hotel years back but the furniture needs to be updated and they need to get new towels I will never stay again
