The trullo is a charming typical retreat, consisting of a living room with fireplace, TV, 1 double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with canopy bed, 1 full shower room. The trullo is introduced by a large veranda, equipped with wood-burning oven, barbecue and refrigerator where you can have lunch and dinner outside.
The villa is spacious and bright. The entrance is into a cozy living room equipped with TV, 1 sofa bed and direct access to the veranda. The kitchen is modern and livable, well equipped. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom with en suite bathroom. Another full bathroom and a large furnished veranda complete this relaxing oasis, perfect for lunches, dinners and convivial outdoor moments.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from May to August.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 200, payable on-site.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
