Frankenmuth Harmonie Haus


Beautiful Frankenmuth home only a block off of main street. Great thought and effort has gone into remodeling this two story to meet every need of groups up to twelve people. Restored original hardwood floors, fresh paint throughout, all brand new furniture and appliances make this home comfortable as well as charming.

Five bedrooms and two baths assure privacy and comfortable sleeping. The main floor has a full bath and the master bedroom equipped with a king size bed. Upstairs includes another full bath along with two rooms with queen size beds, one room with a full size bed, and one room with two queen size beds. There are also two pack n plays and one rock and play available for those smaller guests.

Cooking for your large group is easy in the large modern kitchen, complete with all new appliances, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and service for twelve. Check out our list below of items included on property. The dishwasher makes clean up a breeze and allows more time for you to enjoy your vacation!

If you prefer to grill, there is a covered patio and dining set right out the backdoor. In the evening the bistro lights give just the right ambiance. Enjoy a wide variety of our yard games while waiting for you meal to cook.

Relaxation is key while staying in this home. The options are varied; soak in our oversized freestanding tub, watch your favorite show on one of our six TV's, enjoy any of the board games available, or sit and sway on our front porch swing.
The house’s location makes all the activities and events easily accessible. Mainstreet and all its shopping and activities is located within walking distance along with a grocery store and a park. There is parking at the house for four cars outside and two cars in the garage.

Great location. Close to grocery, drug store gas station,restaurant and shopping. Kitchen was very spacious as well as dining room. Plenty of seating in living room, although tight space. The remote for the living room tv was missing, so we used the one from the bedroom, minor inconvenience.parking in the garage was a perk. The house could use some TLC. Nothing major, replace lightbulbs, patching and painting and a good deep clean, including window washing.Should mention in listing that the stairs to upper floor are very steep and narrow. Hard to navigate with luggage. Not good for older guests.There are 4 bedrooms upstairs which did not have heat. This is a very old house that is being heated by radiators. There was one radiator in the hallway for all upstairs bedrooms and bath. It was down in the thirties during our visit and was extremely cold, it's probably inhabitable during winter weather. We tried cranking up the thermostat but all it did was make the downstairs hotter. There were a several small heaters that we were Advised to use, only 2 worked and we were not comfortable leaving them on all night. There are also window air conditioners installed that allowed cold air in. On our last night, the radiators clanked very loudly all night,every 15 minutes. No sleep for anyone! Kaely was very responsive, but didn't have any satisfactory solutions. If they are hoping for returning guests, it's time to invest in central heat and air conditioning. Disappointing.

We had a very nice time. The location was wonderful and the beds were comfortable, water pressure was great and the air worked wonderfully. We asked for an early check in but it may have come at a cost to us as far as cleaning. There were a lot of little things that I felt needed to be addressed and I sent them to the host. I had no problems with her at all. Just felt the property was in a bit of disrepair. Over all it was a good stay.

The property is as listed, no surprises. It is a very spacious older home with a lot of character. Kaeley was kind enough to allow us to arrive early for check in, which we greatly appreciated. The location is amazing, bring your walking shoes! Frankenmuth is set up to make walking through town easy, and this home is tucked away just off from the main street.

Great location within walking distance to town. Home suited our group perfectly. There is a huge dining table where we could craft all together. Kitchen layout was nice; took advantage of the large island w our charcuterie board. Plenty of parking available and garage use was a bonus. Home could use a major cleanup ouside and some minor repairs on the inside (holes in walls, iffy kitchen shelf, etc..) Kitchen could use a full set of matching glasses (water, rock, wine), storage containers w lids, and coffee mugs for 12 guests.

We had a great time. The house was in a great location to all of the things we wanted to do in Frankenmuth. The beds were really comfortable. The fenced in backyard was a plus for us as we have a child that likes to wander. Our kids also liked the TV in their room. The kitchen was big and spacious, but we enjoyed eating at the table outside.Our hosts were fantastic and quickly responded to our questions. We plan on staying here when we come back to Frankenmuth.

The home was very clean which is extremely important to me. Although it was an older home, it was tastefully modern indoors. My group especially enjoyed the large dining table because we spend our evenings playing board games. We would probably have enjoyed the outdoor space if the weather was warm.

We stayed at the property over 2 nights. The accommodation is spacious and well laid out. The property is very close to the center of Frankenmuth making it an ideal spot to see the town from.
