There is no proper entrance for the hotel, means you have to walk pass a quite long passage way then only you can see the entrance. The terrible thing is there is no hot water for shower on next morning (about 7.00am) we tried to call reception, but the phone in the room is not function at all ! Breakfast also very bad, even no refill when the food is finish !

Nice people great breakfast for sure. Also the staff was friendly.

Quite surprise for the price, more expensive but not that better than other hotels in the same area. No night service. Wifi was very slow....

Another airport hotel

Pros: Outdoor dinner dining
Cons: Not sure how you add A/C but sure would be nice.
Located in an industrial area, with no surrounding charm. No A/C and it was very warm the night I stayed. Lots of road and airport noise if you opened the window. Advertised airport shuttle but had to pay Euro 12.50 for the priviledge.

Avoid at all cost

Advertised AC, but hotel had none. Their solution to the 90 degree heat was to open my window. I was on the ground floor - major security problem with that suggestion. No night clerk. You are out of luck if you need anything late or early. Restaurant was poor. Ordered a hamburger at 9:15 pm because the restaurant closed regular service at 9 and that was all they had. Burger was pretty poor, reheated from frozen. Location the worst in Frankfurt. In an industrial complex all by itself. I would never stay at this hotel again.
