Received very good service. Location is next to assisted living and you have what looks like some of the locals use the Wi-Fi in reception. Got a good room. Clean and with balcony.

Personal sehr freundlich und Lösungsorientiert. Leider sind die Zimmer hellhörig von Flur zu Zimmer als auch von Zimmer zu Zimmer.

Die Betten in beiden Zimmern waren voller sehr vieler unterschiedlicher Haare. Das Unterbett war zudem noch extrem fleckig und in dem ersten Zimmer gab es im Bett Tiere. Flöhe oder Bettwanzen. Man hat in den nähten die Hinterlassenschaften von den Tieren gesehen. Im 2 Zimmer gab es Silberfische. Ein riesen Tier davon war in der Badewanne. Ich hoffe ich habe jetzt keine Tiere von dem Hotel geschenkt bekommen! Das Personal abends beim checkin war nett. Doch morgens der Herr sagte nicht einmal zurück guten morgen oder auf wiedersehen. Er schaute mich nur an. Und das jedesmal wenn er in meiner Nähe war als ich frühstückte. War ein komisches Gefühl. Dann gabs auf einem Samstag morgen noch Bohrarbeiten im Haus was sehr laut dröhnte. Liegt wohl daran das das Haus nicht nur Hotel ist sondern auch private Wohnungen, Kindergarten usw. Ich glaube es waren 7 Stockwerke und bis Stockwerk 3 waren Hotelzimmer. Alles andere gehörte nicht dazu.

Sobald man den Flur, von dem die Zimmer abgehen betritt, kommt einem schon der Geruch von kaltem Rauch entgegen! Zimmer sind zwar sehr geräumig, allerdings auch nicht sonderlich sauber. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Das positive war das Personal beim Check-In, sehr freundlich :) oder auch die Nähe zum Flughafen.

Gutes Hotel, mir waren die Matratzen zu hart

Mir hat eigentlich alles gut gefallen, es war sehr sauber und das Personal und auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, allerdings waren mir die Matratzen zu hart. Ich bin gewohnt weich zu schlafen, ich bin auch viel in Hotels unterwegs, aber so harte Matratzen hatte ich selten. Ich habe deshalb nicht gut geschlafen.

Il manquait le rideau ocultant dans la chambre de Mr LORENTZ GILLES et la telecommande de la tele dans la chambre de madame lorentz muriel. Le personnel nous a indiquer quil fallait deposer les badges dans la boite au lettres que nousn'avons pas trouver. Donc, nous les avons glisser sous la porte.
