My room was on the ground level. There was a big hole in the screen of the window. The bathroom was very rundown a big crack in the sink and around the tub look moldy with caulking covering it up. Also I had to request more then once for my room to get clean. It was around 3pm and still no housekeeping and next day I went out for the day came back and again and had to request housekeeping and waited to after 4. The next day I just didn't brother. The pool area is very nice not as bright as the pictures show online but it was still nice. The restaurant had great food and service. Was there for their Thanksgiving buffet aswell and everything was great nice and fresh hot The free breakfast is in the restaurant set up as a buffet style can't bring anything back to your room but that was okay it was nice. A good variety. I honestly wouldn't book this place again tho I was very disappointed with the service and looks of the room. Definitely not even close to what the pictures online look.

This property was very run down. The lights in the hall were extremely dim and that still didn't hide the dirtiness. There was mold around the pool sitting area and the water in the pool was cloudy. The shower head was broken, things were grimy in general.

Do not stay - no quality control

We were given room 106 upon arrival (4 guests). Thr room felt very unclean and the carpet seemed very old and unclean (we put our shoes back on). The room had 2 double beds which were VERY lumpy. I’ve never sat on such a bed in my life (the stuffing felt very lumpy and not at all like any other bed I’ve felt). We got in late and so tried to make the best of it. We felt itchy under the sheets and finally decided to pack up once we found a LOT of blood on our bed cover of one of our beds (nosebleed???). It was beyond foul and impossible to have been missed. They moved us to a new room at the other side of the hotel. It had clearly been renovated as drywall dust was visible on most surfaces. Not all finishing were there (no towels, soap, missing hangers and other things expected in the room). But the beds were new and we were grateful to try to get the kids settled. Breakfast was great in the morning although you eat next to the pool which was cloudy and green. The air was humid/smelled. The hotel seems to be in process of modernization but clearly it is a gamble as to what kind of experience you might get. Do not stay. If you get an old room it truly will feel like you’re in a nightmare.

The condition of the hotel was not the same as the pictures indicated. Overall very worn with little refurbishments at the hotel. The hotel details said dogs free but we were charged 15$ per night. The toilet in the room would barely flush and you had to hold down the handle. One positive note is the breakfast buffet included in the the price was good. Unfortunately would not stay at this hotel again.
