This spectacular home guarantees a relaxing holiday for a family of six, who will enjoy the services and facilities of the house. The amenities provided will make you enjoy your stay, both inside and outside the villa, as well as the magnificent views of the Nerja coast that will accompany you throughout your holiday.

The decoration of the house mixes authentic rustic touches with modern appliances and furniture: you will have several rooms at your disposal, all with double-height ceilings and painted in clear colors to provide a greater level of luminosity. The living area is divided into three areas: the dining room, which coincides with the entrance, has a table around which the whole family can enjoy tasty meals. In the living room, you will find comfortable sofas, a television and a stove; the independent kitchen has all the kitchenware and appliances you may need during your stay.

The three bedrooms in the house are equipped with comfortable beds so that everyone can rest during their well-deserved vacation. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the other two have two single beds each. A modern bathroom with a shower is also located inside the house.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning as well as ceiling fans.

Outside, you will find a splendid garden, where you can spend as much time as you want with the whole family, under the warm Andalusian sun. In the back area, you will have another small fenced garden at your disposal, where the fabulous private pool and comfortable sun loungers are located. Next to this there is also an outdoor dining area and a barbecue, as well as an impressive outdoor bathroom with a shower and a free-standing bathtub.

Finally, discover the roof terrace, accessible via an external staircase. You will come across the most incredible chill-out area you can imagine: the shaded part allows you to enjoy the breeze, while the sun loungers are ideal for sunbathing. In addition, the fabulous views of Nerja on one side and the Mediterranean Sea in front will help you to unwind in a wonderful environment.

Heerlijk

Heerlijk kunnen genieten van de mooie ligging, het fijne en schone zwembad, de superfijne buitenbadkamer, van de goede bedden, van de netjes onderhouden tuin rondom het huis, van het veilig kunnen parkeren van de auto op het terrein, van de privacy, van de centrale ligging. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar.
