Beautiful Frisco Townhome, Mountain views, Near lake Dillon 928A

This beautiful townhome is located just a short walk from Lake Dillon and is near I-70, providing quick access to all of Summit County. This beautifully remodeled home can accommodate up to 9 guests and features vaulted ceilings, a private deck, a private washer and dryer, a gas fireplace, large closets, spacious bedrooms, and a private hot tub!

The upstairs level features the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and bath, an additional half bath, and a private balcony. The living area has plenty of seating for the entire group to gather around the gas fireplace and large smart TV. The kitchen is remodeled with new granite countertops and all new appliances. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar that seats 4. There is a dining room area off the kitchen that seats 10, making it the perfect spot for the entire group to enjoy meals together. The main floor is full of warm light from the large windows that surround the space. Open the doors to let in the mountain breeze in the summer, or step out onto the balcony to take in the fresh mountain air. There is a powder room on this main level as well as the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a full jetted tub, shower, and his-and-hers sinks.

The two guest rooms are located downstairs. These rooms share a full bathroom off the hall. The first guest room has a king-size bed, and the second guest room sleeps 3 with a twin-over-queen bed. There is also a second living area with a queen sleeper sofa. A private washer and dryer is located in the closet off the hall on this level. Keep your vehicle snow-free and store your skis in the private 2-car garage.

This townhome is in a quiet neighborhood and is only 250 yards from the Summit County Recreation Path. This paved path extends for miles and connects Frisco, Dillon, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, and Vail! The path is used in both summer and winter. Take a walk next to the lake, or rent a bike and explore for the day. There are multiple bike shops within a mile of the townhome for rentals.

Great Summit County location

We enjoyed the great location and ample living space which included a 2 car garage and private hot tub. The kitchen had great appliances and pans. We skied four different resorts and appreciated a central location with easy access to the highway and ski resorts

Close to everything, quiet neighborhood,cozy beds, clean and well appointed.only complaint, and I do mean only, was driveway had not been cleared in a timely manner so it was packed and icy our entire stay. But we were able to use the garage. Hot tub was nice

Clean and comfortable condo in a convenient location!

We had an incredible stay at this home. To start our stay, we were given clear and easy check-in instructions. The home was well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, kitchenware, etc. The condo is very conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and a quick drive to downtown Frisco. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever in the area.

Perfect rental

This property is very clean. All of the beds and bedding were fabulous. Lives the induction stove, boiling water in just a few minutes. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, bowls, pots, pans, and even storage containers for left overs. Close to all our activities,; biking, fishing, golfing, Pickleball, and hiking. Also close to grocery stores. Loved using the hot tub every single day. It was a memorable summer.

Fabulous family Christmas

My husband and I brought our sons (26 and 22) and their girlfriends to Colorado for Christmas as it has been a bucket-list item for years. We loved the condo and will return in the summer as it fabulous! The condo was filled with everything we needed and was super clean. Beds and bedding were like luxury hotels. We cooked a lot and appliances were top of the line; my husband spent 20+ years in residential construction as a superintendent for half of that. We noted what appliances they were for when we replace ours. We were super close to all the winter activities and shopping. We played family games around the huge dining table and made wonderful memories! We will definitely be return guests to this VRBO! Couldn’t have asked for anything more during our stay.

Great Layout and Location

Wonderful layout with large, open concept living, dining, and kitchen on the upper level with a King bedroom and bath. Downstairs perfect with another King rm, Qn/Twin bunk rm, and a den with a pull out Qn sofa bed - perfect for a couple and their 2 adult kids. The upper level bathroom could use a re-tile (mildew/mold in shower), beach towels for hot tub would be great vs. the small bath towels, kitchen could use more cooking utensils (spatulas, spoons, etc.), and salt for front walk/steps during snowy season (they don't shovel it; just plow driveway). Fireplace didn't work, unfortunately, and they weren't able to fix it during our stay. Toilet seat of one bathroom fell off and they responded to fix it within 24-hours. Very responsive via text and would not hesitate to stay there again. We loved it!
