Wow, did you make the right choice in a vacation rental. You’re just steps from the “Main Street of the Rockies” aka downtown Frisco, and a short stroll to the shuttle to the slopes. This recently built, modern duplex even has great mountain views. Relax; everyone in your group will thank you for booking it!

This 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom premium duplex truly defines “mountain modern chic.” The living area features a beautiful rock gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV and modern furnishings; you’ll instantly feel right at home! The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and it’s fully stocked with all the gear you’ll need to whip up memorable mountain meals should you decide to stay in instead of exploring the vibrant restaurant scene in Frisco. The attached dining area has room for six at the dining room table and there’s room for two more at the kitchen counter.

There are multiple patios to enjoy the stellar mountain views or watch the starry Colorado night sky. Other amenities include a spacious one-car garage, a washer/ dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all SMR properties, this home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and stocked with fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries. Our helpful staff is also on call 24/7 to ensure your stay is enjoyable and hassle-free as possible.

The kitchen is fully stocked, lots of dish ware, silverware, pots and pans, everything you need to cook. The rental company is responsive to issues also, the shower did not drain well, and it was fixed the day we reported it. I will be booking this place again.

I have stayed in numerous condos and have never had such positive feedback from the people that rent them. The only thing I wouldn’t give 5 stars to, is the number of stairs in unit. For those of us that live in low altitudes, they were not easy to navigate. We were asked if we wanted something else, but were settled in and declined.

Great property just a block from Main Street. Great views from both balconies and a super clean and updated property. Would stay again! Only thing to be aware is there is only parking for one car on property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great mountain escape stay in Frisco. Unit was extremely clean and roomy - with everything we needed. Views of Mt. Royal etc. are fantastic but the location is really the biggest winner here. Walking distance to all things in downtown Frisco, including trailheads for hiking if that is something you are into (we are!). Only small nits are that the bed in the main bedroom was not comfortable for us (we slept in the loft room) and the garage is a bit tight to pull into. Other than that we couldn't have been happier. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also, if it's helpful for those looking at the property - it says 1 bedroom but there is a loft area right outside the bedroom with a double and single bed. This would be perfect for a small family! One of the best rentals we've ever stayed in.
