The condo was nicely appointed, comfortable, clean and spacious. The central location to the 4 ski resorts in Summit County made it the perfect place to call home during a ski vacation. Will definitely book again.

NOT GOOD

The property is need of updates. No screens in windows, toaster broken, no bbq, carpet in entry coming up and covered with throw rug, both bedroom closets so full with junk on the floor, garage had a torn down sofa sleeper and mattress with mold, no measuring cups,no pot holder, and the dish towels were worn thin. Obvious to me is Vacasa needs to bring these issues to the owners. Vacasa should be responsible to have owners keep property up to a high standard. I will try this n the future to never rent from a Vacasa managed property as they never took care of the issues ad I sent at least 5 emails. Stay away from this property until updates are completed.

Concert at Lake Dillon

Thevover all stay was good. The unit had a few issues that i a dressed with the managemnet company. And have faith that they will a dress the issues.I thing that i do feel will be helpful for renters is the entrance to the unit. That i totally missed in my research.Beings that my husband has ms i looked for a ground floor unit indeed it was a walk out on the back side however there is a full flight of stairs to the entry of this unit. Thank goodness he was have a good day and could make it up the stairs pretty much on his own.The unit is some what dated in decor but the view and accessible to the lake and trails were wonderful.

Super Fun and Cozy!

My friends and I were here celebrating my 22nd birthday! It is close to multiple ski areas and downtown Frisco which is nice! Comfortably sleeps six guests.

Great place!!

We arrived at this property on Thanksgiving Day, we had the code to get into the apartment but the code didn’t work. Since it was Thanksgiving day but around 4:00 pm he got a little worried. We called Vacasa and someone from their stuff help us with a new code, the lady was so kind and very efficient. Honestly there were no reason to be worried, she was fast!! The apartment was immaculate, beds so comfortable, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms too. The views from the condo were amazing and the whole neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We were there until Sunday, just 3 days but well enough to rest, we had a beautiful and incredible experience.We are planning to go back there very soon..

For a wedding

The place is very nice with a great view. It was very clean and quite area. We had issues with the garage code. So we couldn’t use the garage which created a problem for parking. Sent several messages and was total a “local” would be by to fix the problem. It never was resolved.

Great Stay

Great Property and a beautiful view. Only thing we had trouble with was the garage door. Took about 10 tries with the code to get the door to go up. Then we couldn't get it to go down. Even changed the battery and that didn't work. Other then that it was a Great Stay !!

This is our third time staying at this unit. You cannot beat the view --watching the sailboats on Lake Dillon and the bikes on the bike trail. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Close to hiking and restaurants

Good Rental, good location for Copper/Keystone/A Basin

We stayed for 7 days so was not a quick trip. Overall good condo with two bedrooms. Pros: Great location close to highway and all amenities. Nice layout, bedrooms, comfortable beds. Streaming services and Live TV, internet worked great. Hot tub was nice, appeared very clean. Hot tub right next to unit. Cons: Dishes in cabinet were dirty, clearly someone used dishwasher with no soap since none was present in kitchen Very scarcely stocked kitchen, had to buy all necessities such as tinfoil etc Grill was out of gas and VACASA and Owner would not reply as to how to get refill, I guess they expected us to buy a refill tank so it was useless during our stay. Notified by Vacasa the day before our stay that we would not have access to the garage as advertised and that we would be compensated. We were compensated approx $55.00. I inquired as to why it was so little and they stated "Its our policy", kind of ridiculous.

Nightmare check in!

We were given totally incorrect check in procedures that did not apply to this unit! We were given what appeared to be someone's phone number to use to get in but that did not work! This unit DOES NOT HAVE an electronic key pad for entry! The streaming TV's are impossible to use as there are zero insturctions in the unit to assist guests. This was super frustrating. Vacassa finally sent a nice young man over to help but he could not get the master bedroom TV to work at all either. Super frustrating. Streaming TV's are worthless when it comes to getting local news, sports, and weather. Part of the plumbing in the tub in the master bedroom bathroom is about to pull out of the wall of the tub and needs attention.
