Summary:
Welcome to this fantastic 3 bedroom townhouse with a seasonal pool and a gym located in Torreblanca, Fuengirola, just a 10 minute walk to the lovely beach and restaurants.
The area is very quiet but close to restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife, as well as the beach, Nagomi Spa, padel court (one of them is right in front of the house and included in the rent) and much more.
Malaga Airport is 15 minutes away by car, 27 minutes by train (Carvajal).
The Space:
When you step inside the gate you have your own parking and breakfast terrace, to the right inside the inner door is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster and much more.
Half a staircase down is the living room with a large smart TV, fireplace (decoration only), out from the living room there is a lovely balcony with sea views and a staircase down to a larger terrace overlooking the padel court.
The basement floor of the house offers a comfortable and inviting space, featuring a cozy sofa bed and a ping pong table for entertainment. From here, you also have direct access to a sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Moving up one level from the entrance, youâll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has its air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay.
For the ultimate relaxation, the roof terrace offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, complete with sun loungers where you can unwind and soak up the sun.
The house is fully equipped with air conditioning in every room, high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, and access to a gym and padel courts. Guests can also enjoy the shared seasonal pool and many other amenities.
There are multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy, including a porch at the front of the carport, three terraces (on the roof, by the living room, and at the basement level), and a private balcony attached to one of the bedrooms.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
Pool towels are available for rent, please contact us about the price.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. Itâs just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!

The neighborhood is well connected, with shops, cafés, and local services nearby, and the beach, promenade, and town center are just a short drive or walk away, making it an ideal base to enjoy the Costa del Sol.
Getting Around:
The area is well connected by local buses, and the train station is nearby, offering quick links along the Costa del Sol, including MĂĄlaga and the airport. Taxis are readily available, and if youâre driving, main roads and highways are easily accessible, making day trips simple.
Other Things to Note:
- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.
