Nice Property and Staff. Only problem is they do not provide 'Ceramic' Cup for making Hot Beverage in the Morning. They only provide cheap plastic cups...

The room was a little too tight for two adults, but it was only a night so we made it work. Everything was average, the elevators were always crowded and because there are so many floors it took a while. This is just a personal preference but I did not like the interior decor of the hotel, the textiles were very tiring to look at it, and the colours were also on the tackier side. The bathroom was uncomfortably small. I understand this area needs more exposure and tourism to help the recovering economy, a nicer, more roomier hotel at a reasonable price I believe will go a long way.

Everything in the room is clean and well designed. I like how small but efficient the spacing is. I liked how I can control all of the lights in my room from the bed and how convenient it is to order pizza to the room!

Great location. Friendly and attentive staff. Lovely onsen was a special treat. Bed was so comfortable. Room had everything we needed. Thank you!

The large communal bath, which is the pride of the hotel, is rich in minerals and is popular for warming up to the core of the body. I would be happy if I could heal my tiredness as much as possible. The bed uses the Apa Hotel original bed.
