Despite its central location, the apartment offers a true oasis of tranquillity, where every detail has been carefully considered to provide comfort and well-being.



The apartment is bright and elegantly decorated, consisting of a bedroom with a king-size bed, perfect for a couple, and a living room with a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating one more person, adult or child.



The dining area, integrated with a fully equipped kitchen, ensures practicality and comfort for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners. The complete bathroom serves all guests, and a practical laundry area with a washing machine, clothesline, and household utensils facilitates your stay.



Access to the building's private car park, via the lift, allows you to explore the island with total freedom and safety.



With a car, in a few minutes you can reach the romantic Monte area, the picturesque village of Câmara de Lobos or the impressive Cabo Girão viewpoint, the largest cliff in Europe and the second largest in the world. In 20 minutes, you can reach Ponta do Sol to enjoy an unforgettable sunset, or venture onto the trails and levadas that make Madeira so unique. To the north, you can explore the natural pools of Porto Moniz, Seixal Beach and the typical houses of Santana.
