Casa Marieli - 50 Meters from the Sea, with Outdoor Space

Casa Marieli is a charming holiday home just a stone's throw from the sea, located in the picturesque setting of Marina di Novaglie (on the Adriatic coast), very close to the sea and only about 10 km from Santa Maria di Leuca.

The house’s style and design reflect the traditional Salento charm, with its iconic star vaults and the Mediterranean colors that define the region.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests and features an internet connection and a small private parking space — a real advantage during the high season.

THE HOUSE

Casa Marieli has a total area of approximately 250 m², including outdoor spaces.

The main entrance is shared with the owners, who must pass through the veranda (exclusively for guest use) to access their own home. We guarantee the kindness and discretion they offer to their guests, which can add extra value to your stay.

The house itself is about 65 m² and consists of:

- An entrance hall furnished with a sofa bed, a TV area, and a dining table;
- A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary accessories for cooking, plus an additional dining table;
- A triple bedroom with vaulted ceilings, featuring one double bed and one single bed;
- A small double bedroom with a barrel vault;
- A full bathroom with shower and bidet.

Additionally, the house is air-conditioned and offers Wi-Fi internet access.


THE OUTDOOR AREA

A lovely veranda, furnished and comfortable, perfect for dining or relaxing outdoors, complements Casa Marieli.

In the garden, you'll find an outdoor shower and a barbecue area (not shown in the photos), ideal for hosting delicious barbecues.

MARINA DI NOVAGLIE AND SURROUNDINGS

As previously mentioned, Casa Marieli is centrally located, very close to both the sea and the main services of Marina di Novaglie.

Marina di Novaglie is known for its bay with low cliffs, which are accessible even for those less accustomed to rocky terrain. Thanks to its long shoreline, the area offers easy access to the water and the possibility of relaxing on the shore. There are also several natural coves, with the most popular one for children being just 50 meters away.

In Marina di Novaglie, you’ll find a few commercial establishments, including a minimarket, a great seaside restaurant just 40 meters away (LO SCALO), a restaurant/pizzeria about 150 meters away (DEDALO), and a small café.

For other services such as shopping centers, pharmacies, fishmongers, tobacconists, gas stations, banks, gyms, and more, you can easily reach Corsano, which is about 3 km away.

Marina di Novaglie and the surrounding area offer a variety of interesting activities to enjoy:

- Kayak rentals to explore the bay of Novaglie;
- Boat tours to visit the beautiful sea caves (BLUEMARINE) or (SEASALENTO). The Seasalento ticket office is just a short walk from the house;
- Snorkeling or guided scuba diving to explore the clear waters;
- Trekking along the Sentiero delle Cipolliane (a scenic trail overlooking the sea), only 300 meters from the house, or along the historic "Vie Del Sale" trail... and more.
