Upon entering the room given to us, the room had a very strong odor of cigarette. Bed was not made, trash was still in the bins. The room was dirty! As we went to check everything, I saw a backpack under the desk. We rushed to the door and did not go through the bathroom anymore to check because everything seems unsafe already. We went back to the front desk and informed them of the room’s condition but they just gave us another room. The way going to the new room was dirty with towels and trash scattered on the way (pool area). There were 2 guys smoking weed under the stairs and we met a strange guy with garbled speech on our way. We decided to just leave the property and got in touch with Expedia to get a refund however the property manager refused to give us a refund. Lesson learned. Reviews are important when booking online.

Great pet policy, though limited area for dogs relief. Staff was super friendly. I think I killed at least 5 roaches, the bath had a stain in it and a lady was that clearly on something was on the property but police were called and they were there immediately. Though it was in a sketchy area, it wasn’t unsafe if that makes sense. I could also tell there were cleaning staff and everyone was nice. Definitely a bare bones room and cheap place to rest.

Dirty room with bugs and a strong cigarette smell coming from the AC, even though it’s a non-smoking room. The air outside also stinks because of nearby farms. Very unpleasant stay.
