Villa Biancofiore is a characteristic and welcoming three-story ancient tuscan country house situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Biancofiore you will enjoy a charming view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. Villa Biancofiore is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Lecchi in Chianti, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles), a grocery store at 5 km (roughly 3.1 miles) and the bus stop at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles). You will reach Villa Biancofiore from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Biancofiore you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to three cars. Please note that access to Villa Biancofiore is along a 1.6-kilometer (1-mile) unpaved road.

As guests of Villa Biancofiore you will have at your disposal a private tennis court with artificial grass.


On request and for a fee, you will have the opportunity to hire a personal chef for dinners, attend private tennis lessons on site, rent bicycles, require babysitting service.


Wine tastings and tours in the Chianti area can also be arranged, on request and for a fee.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.30 meters (7.5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Tuscan hills. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Patio 1
The first patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and by awnings. It is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs and with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the swimming pool and of the hills.
Patio 2
The second patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch made of stone. It is equipped with a wood bench and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a lovely view of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with an hammock. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the Chianti hills.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with characteristic stone tiles. The ceiling is barrel-vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a leather sofa and armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room through arched openings. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the first patio through a French door.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen has a window.
First FloorLiving Room 2
The second living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a L-shaped sofa. There is a big and age-old fireplace made of bricks. The room has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room climbing two steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a upholstered fabric bench. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through an access area, going down two steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a upholstered fabric bench. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is with wall tiled with stone and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room going down two steps.

The second bathroom is with wall tiled with stone and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.

The third bathroom is with wall tiled with stone and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.

This room has no door. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include an armchair, a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. The room has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
