Beautiful 3+ bedroom home located in the Galena Territory resort CORE between the North and South golf courses. This home has enter on the upper level, the main level requires access by stairs. This is the perfect home for golfers, a large family get-a-way, or a group of friends! Master bedroom, located on upper level, includes a king bed master bath with a large steam shower and a double whirlpool tub; while two bedrooms on the main level include one queen and two twin beds. Additional twin beds in the family room on the lower level makes for plenty of sleeping areas. Located close to amenities of the Galena Territory. Sleeps 8, Max. Occupancy 8.

Holiday visit

The location is great and easy to find. Beautiful views out the back and layout was nice for different families to have their own space. The place is pretty outdated and definitely needs updates but overall it is clean and we would stay there again.

Sisters weekend

Property location was great but not the best for someone who doesn’t like steps. It’s a tri-level property. Master bedroom and bath was beautiful. The property is stocked with plenty of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, dishwasher detergent. The decks offer a great view for a morning cup of coffee. The property is a little dated with its decor, but was comfortable for our group of six. We did have a few cleanliness issues, such as cobwebs, and crumbs on the table when we arrived. Also found some wrappers in one of the beds when the bedding was turned back. Some of the mirrors were dirty and streaked and the carpet could use a good scrubbing. Overall, the property was comfortable and offered a great spot for a getaway.

Great Home

This was the perfect home for our family gathering. We had 6 adults and two children and had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed and seating for 8 in the dining room was perfect. The screened in porch is a great place to play some board games or just to sit in for some peace and quiet. The location of the home is in a wooded area that is very quiet and peaceful. The Galena Territory is a great destination and has plenty to offer for everyone. Jolene was great to work with and we plan on returning in the future.

Family reunion

We had a family reuion and rented out 2 different houses. There was 26 people with both houses and had a GREAT time, we would switch between houses to spend time with different relatives. The houses were very well stocked, beautiful surroundings and was great to have access to swimming pool, horseback riding . Looking forward to our next reunion

Labor Day Weekend

Extended weekend for Labor Day fun at Benton. House is in a great location at end of street backed to woods. Great layout of the house and plenty of sleeping accommodations. Interesting surprise when we checked in- Turkey had flown into screened porch and couldn’t get out. Property manager was out immediately to fix the screen and clean up the mess. I’ve rented a few VRBO’s and this was the best check in & check out of them all. Only suggestion is to check on any cobwebs that would have built up if the property was vacant for a while. We had a few around the house.

Property was clean and well equipped for the 7 of us ladies. Close to downtown, Chestnut Mountain and church. Plenty of room and privacy. Could update a few mattresses. Plenty of space to play games and dine. We enjoyed a wonderful sisters trip here
