Cedar Slope Sanctuary is a private Galena country escape located on a quiet wooded cul de sac in the heart of The Galena Territory. This spacious five bedroom five and a half bath retreat blends rustic charm with modern comfort and comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests.

Inside you will find vaulted knotty pine ceilings and a floor to ceiling stone wood burning fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open kitchen dining and living areas make it easy to gather and spend time together while five ensuite bedrooms provide privacy for families couples or groups of friends. A lower level family room offers additional space for kids or separate groups.

1) This listing accommodates up to 12 people.
2) Guests must be 25 or older to book. Rental Agreement & Security Hold: Guests must e-sign our rental agreement and Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
3) A guidebook with local recommendations can be found in a binder near the upstairs living room fireplace.
4) Visitors are not allowed unless you receive prior approval from the host.
5) We provide complimentary starter firewood that lasts up to 2 hours. For additional firewood, you're welcome to bring your own or purchase more from us at an extra cost.
6) Outdoor lights must be turned off by 1 AM per Galena Territory Association (GTA) rules. Failure to do so may result in a $150 fine per occurrence.
7) The home is located in a well-maintained neighborhood with a contracted snow plower. However, winter weather can be unpredictable, so we strongly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles or chains during the winter.
8) The property is equipped with advanced security features, including Schlage smart locks and a Ring camera, which monitors the parking area and driveway. There are no cameras elsewhere on the property to ensure your privacy.
9) We are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs on same-day turnarounds.
10) Refunds are not issued due to inclement weather. To protect your trip, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
11) For days without same-day turnarounds, early check-ins and late check-outs are available at the following rates: $100 for up to 2 hours, $250 for 2-4 hours, and a full day's rate for over 4 hours.
12) Please note that for cancellations of bookings made on platforms other than Airbnb, a Stripe card processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the total refund.
