Welcome to A&D Rise Getaways @ Cozy Cove Retreat, a warm and rustic 2-bedroom, 3-bath escape in The Galena Territory. We now offer 12pm check in and check out! Relax by the wood-burning fireplace in the living room, enjoy meals in the open dining area with deck access, and spread out across three levels—including a loft with sleeper sofa and a spacious walkout lower level.
With charm, comfort, and full Owner’s Club access, this retreat is your home base for rest, adventure, and everything in between.

‱ Master Bedroom: Queen bed, located on the main level, with ensuite bath
‱ Bedroom 2: Queen bed, located in the loft area, with full bath nearby

KITCHEN & DINING:
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as an oven, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Enjoy your morning coffee with the drip and Keurig coffee maker—coffee is provided. The dining area seats 7 guests.

OUTDOOR GRILL:
A propane grill is available for guest use. Propane is provided, and guests are kindly asked to clean the grill after use.

Thanks to our wonderful property owners and amazing guests, our places stay pretty booked up — which means our rockstar cleaning crew only has a short 5-hour window to work their magic between stays.
If any flexibility opens up for your dates, we’ll be sure to reach out and offer it ahead of time. Otherwise, if you`d like a little extra time to ease in or out, we recommend booking the night before or after.

Our owners generously provide grills at no cost. However, full LP tanks aren’t guaranteed. We do our best to make sure there’s at least 1/3 of a tank ready for you. If you need more, refills or exchanges are up to you.

Property was nice but two issues one big one small. Small issue check the fridge and have a backup plan for cold items. The fridge was turned to its warmest setting, I turned it to the middle of the dial which said “optimal” and after 5 hours it was still warm, and our food was getting warm. Put all of our food back into our cooler and turned the fridge down all the way and it was cold by the time we woke up the next morning.Big issue was we were woken up in the middle of the night by a small animal in the ceiling of the first floor bedroom. I messaged the host telling them about it and was told that pest control would not be able to make it out that day. While they did offer me a partial refund or to cancel that day and leave, Galena is so booked, we didn’t really have another option other than to stay. I felt they were dismissive of the fact that there was an animal that was causing their guests to not get sleep and worry if that animal was going to be running around our room at some point. I wished they would have called an emergency pest control and had them come out that day but the host left it up to the homeowner to make the decision whether or not to have pest control come out that day. Ultimately I would have preferred a peaceful nights sleep over a partial refund.

Winter escape

Nice clean well maintained property. We enjoyed exploring the territory and Galena. Visited the owners club and had a great lunch at the woodlands restaurant. We are planning on returning next spring to golf and hike.

Perfect!

Everything exceeded our expectations! If you’re looking for a relaxing location close to downtown Galena, this is it. We cooked every meal except one at the condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Townhouse in the Eagle Ridge Territory

This rental worked out well for 2 senior couples. We had all we needed for our weekend stay and it was just as described in the listing. Enjoyed the Eagle Ridge territory and Galena. We especially loved downtown Galena with all of its history, shops and restaurants.

Great Galena getaway!

This was our 1st time to the Galena territory & this property was perfect for our 3 night stay. The property was super clean and so well stocked!! I loved the little snacks that were out and the fact that the kitchen had all types of things you might need (ziploc bags, k-cups/creamer, seasonings, etc.) The balcony was so peaceful overlooking a peak of the lake through the woods. Definitely recommend!

Galena Territory Visit

Wonderful! Really enjoyed the visit!! Serene view, newly remodeled and furnishings, separate spaces, loved the amenities such as 2 coffee pots!, bottled water, paper plates. Clean, comfortable and very relaxing. We would stay here again!

Great Place!

My friend and I really enjoyed our long weekend at the Galena Territory. There were plenty of things to do, shopping downtown, walking with the goats, magic show, etc. We would come back and stay at 115 Plum Cove Dr. The only thing I would say is that I am a little older and a bar by the tub/shower across from the toilet would have helped with getting in and out. Thank you for a great stay!
